I found Dr. Law to very kind, empathetic, respectful and most importantly very knowledgeable about the rather uncommon autoimmune condition that I have on my scalp. She offered me many treatment options and then allowed me autonomy regarding which combination I felt most comfortable with. She was also very honest in a kind way in informing me that my current state of hair loss is irreversible which I appreciated. She set up a future appointment for me and also is monitoring my lab results very carefully because of mild liver enzyme elevations. Overall I feel very well taken care of and optimistic about my treatment plan.
Also her office is very spacious, well-appointed and immaculately clean as was the treatment room. Her receptionist was very pleasant, low-key, helpful and efficient.
They were very organized about sending me a reminder email with a patient questionnaire one week in advance of the appointment, another indicator of a well-run medical practice.
Kudos to Dr. Law and her MOA and all the other staff who contribute to this office running so well.

Waited months to see Dr. Law at Dermatology West in Vancouver. She spent a total of two minutes with me, was dismissive of my concerns, and tried to sell me expensive laser therapies.

I would not recommend this doctor. Not very helpful and lacks communication, also very rushed! She just prescribed medicated creme for my eczema dermatitis which my family doctor can prescribe. Also, I asked her about my sun-damaged skin and showed her pictures of the creme my brother used and recommended. She prescribed an acne pimple creme for me. I am 58 with no acne and pimples! The Pharmacist said I don't know why she would prescribe this medication to you when I told her my diagnosis and pictures of the recommended creme and my sun damaged skin. Anyways, draw your own conclusions on this one.

So professional, with beautiful stitches and very clean clinic. My incisions healed quickly with no scars. I have been to another plastic surgeon who does a hack job compared to my experience with Dr. Law!

Received a letter in my sons name that he has an appointment. Unclear why they would send the letter to a child, or what the appointment is about. Have tried to contact the office several times and no one answers. There is no email contact available.

She is such a great doctor. She is so kind and helpful! Pay her full attention to any concerns I have and has helped my skin become clear. Her appointments are 2-5 minutes long but there just quick checkups. I would recommend this doctor to all my peers because is one of the nicest people ever. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

Pathetic excuse for a physician. Lies about informing patients prior to giving dangerous treatments. She is worse than ignorant as a physician, as she will not even acknowledge or inform patients of health warnings for dangerous drugs she hands out like candy. Avoid if you want a competent physician who takes the Hippocratic oath and the profession seriously.
