A FILTHY HOSPITAL WITH THE MOST LAZY DISGUSTING NURSES GOING. I WAS IN FOR A MINOR OPERATION. I got one of those diseases caused by their staff spreading germs from room to room. THEY BILLED MY INSURANCE $36,000 FOR A PRIVATE ROOM AS I REQUIRED QUARANTINE BECAUSE OF THEIR FILTHY HOSPITAL. I WAS IN HOSPITAL 2 MONTHS BECAUSE OF THIS. HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS?

The nurses on the Orthopaedic Ward are EXCELLENT. I’m sure they are overworked but nevertheless they give you excellent care. Special shout out to Evangelina , Shelly and Jeannie ( Jeanette ). They certainly made my stay much more pleasant.

Today, I found myself in the ER of this particular hospital, after spending the morning in surgery in the Women's wing. The waiting room was pretty much empty.......I could practically hear crickets. I waited patiently for 3 hours, then walked out; having gotten zero help and no one having checked on me. All I needed was an x-ray and a little information on my condition. In all of my hospital experiences, I can honestly say that this one was the worst. Glad I walked out early......it appears that most people have a wait of approximately 6 hours on average, only to be turfed with little to no help.

My husband had shoulder surgery here and the care was excellent before and after. The nurses on 3rd are wonderful even with the heavy workload. The only downside is the parking but that is run by Imperial Parking, not by the hospital or the city.

Parking rates for people that HAVE TO use them are so expensive that I have had to stop getting health care and it has cost me my mental & physical health! Does it make sense to charge high parking fees in the name of providing certain special services, and then rendering them useless for the people who would most benefit from them?! You pretend to care, and all the while, people are ending their lives! That is a huge fail for your facility!

I had a colonoscopy on October 10th. The experience, from arrival to check-out, was exemplary. Positive attitudes and professionalism were the norm. Every step of the procedure was explained clearly and thoroughly. Most importantly, everyone I encountered was cheerful and friendly as well as professional. Kudos all around! Bill Elliott

Just had hip replacement surgery and care was superb from presurgery, OR, recovery, 3200 ward and Physio. All staff were excellent, Hospital was clean and food was better than I expected. Parking is so much more accessible than RUH and SPH.

Went in with a hand injury and couldn't move it. Sat there for six hours to have them not do an ultrasound or anything - had a specialist look at an old ultrasound that had nothing to do with what my hand was doing now. Which they didn't check to see if it had even bee sent to the right place - it hadn't. Sent me home with no answers despite waiting for six hours.

Parking is impossible when your unable to walk , food was discusting, was not impressed by a male nurse who was complaining about only being able to work the night shift and he obviously didn’t want to be there, by the way he was talking to nurses and patients.
