Doctor retired years ago - please update your website

Dr Jen cleared up my acne over 30 years ago, I was so happy with my results that I sent him a thank you card telling him how grateful I was, at my follow up appointment I seen my card was in with my medical records, he is the sweetest,most kind Doctor, Thankyou again Dr Jen

Dr. Ivan Jen was the most amazing doctor ever, always helping his patients, such a kind man. Its sad that he had to retire, wish him all the happiness in the world. Other doctors could take lessons from Dr. Jen on being kind to there patients.

Dr. Jen is a wonderful doctor. Very helpful and caring. He cleared up my acne problem and was so understanding. I was also always amazed that he would remember my stories whenever I went to visit. A genuine person. He is irreplaceable. Many thanks to Dr. Jen.

My favourite doctor. You couldn't find a more caring person. Providing far beyond excellent service, it always felt like going to see a good friend. Little presents on special occasions just made it all the more special. Impossible to replace and a one of a kind doctor.

I agree 100% with all of the comments listed here! Dr. Jen is one of a kind. There will never be another Dr. that can fill the huge gap left behind when he retired. I have never met a more gentle, caring, sincere and compassionate person. He held a vast wealth of knowledge and experience that was second to none, which he eagerly and readily shared with his patients. He provided treatment for my daughter and unfortunately, when he retired we haven't been able to find anyone who does even close to the same type of treatments that he was able to provide. Dr. Jen was so unique in that he was able to provide standard treatment used in the everyday practices of the medical community but he also had so many other ideas of different types of treatment that he used, such as, accupuncture, etc. We really miss him but understand his need to retire and wish him well. A GREAT DOCTOR WHO WILL BE MISSED!!

Dr Jen is one of those people that change your life forever.As a young teenager in 1976 I was sent to see him regardigg acne,he helped far beyond my skin condition,I SAW GREAT COMPASSION,and knowledge that has helped so many.He once told me that when he entered medicine his parents had told him "love your patients as if they were family" Well,all the tributes we read here declare that he did just that.I was blessed to visit DrJen one last time two days before he retired.There were tears and a hug,and the blessing of having the very bestin our Dr Jen.

It's not possible to say enough good things about Dr Jen. He is an amazing man and an incredible Dr. He will be sadly missed by so many people.

Without a doubt the best doctor in the city if not the province. Our daughter was nervous prior to her first visit with Dr. Jen, but looked forward to seeing him again and again.(Probably because he kept referring to her as a little princess.) Sad to see him retire.
