When my self esteem was teetering from potentially life threatening health issues I was in Dr. Matthew’s care. During both treatment periods he truly helped me find myself again. Thank you Dr Matthew!

I'm very grateful to Dr. Matthew for his warm and thoughtful care. He gave me practical tools to deal with one of the most stressful situations in my life. Not only was his support practical and useful - I felt like he "had my back" and truly cared about me and the outcome. Thank you for helping me to look at a very unbearable and sad situation with a clear view and some hope.

I am an RCMP Veteran who suffers from PTSD. I have read the great ratings and could not agree more. So I decided to put these ratings in perspective. If it wasn't for Dr. Andrew Matthew I frankly do not know that these comments would even have been written by me.

I have been seeing Dr. Matthew for almost 2 years. I highly recommend Dr. Matthew for some many reasons. The first of which he is an incredibly emphatic and understanding Dr. He immediately establishes trust to allow you to be open and honest in sessions. Secondly, he is very communicative and outlines what issues the patient is facing and the approach he will be taking very clearly. This helps the patient understand the 'roadmap'.
Over the course of 2 years my quality of life has dramatically improved because Dr. Matthew has helped me make sense of some of the clutter and distractions that were causing me barriers in life.

I am a 64 year old male and having been seeing Dr. Matthew for about 6 years. Dr. Matthew has seen me through a number of hurtles over the years and continues to help me explore ways to manage my anxiety and self worth. Dr Matthew allowed me to trust and really dig into some of the root causes that contribute to my self worth and hard charging approach to all I do especially any that measure performance. I am very thankful for all that Dr Matthews has helped me with over the years.

I highly recommend Dr. Andrew Matthew. He is a 'super hero' casting rays of light through the 'petty tyrants' of the psyche. Since 2013 Dr. Matthew has been essential to helping me navigate, survive and thrive through a series of personal and professional challenges, many of which were unexpected. Dr. Matthew's guidance and wisdom has enriched my life journey, and set me on a path to taking full responsibility for my health and happiness. The brilliance of Dr. Matthew is his ability to provide clear, applicable frameworks, tools and strategies that empower you to make constructive, positive change beyond the session. The value-add is that Dr. Matthew has a fantastic sense of humour, is deeply compassionate, kind patient and professional. He truly is the best of the best.

I would recommend Dr. Matthew to anyone I know as he is an unbelievably personable & knowledgable MD. I have been seeing Dr. Matthew regularly for over a year now and I can honestly say he has changed my life for the better. You know how they say if you find the right person to talk to it could be very helpful? Well, I could confidently say that I think Dr. Matthew could be that person for just about anyone! In my opinion, he is the best of the best.
