Saw this doctor for carpal tunnel symptoms. When i listed my symtomps he said "pick one". I was confused and I explained I am describing all the symptoms related to my hand. He said "pick one, the pain or tingling?". I said, i dont know how to answer that, these are all related. He said "no they are not". I was so confused i said "i think i have carpal tunnel thats why i am here, i dont know what else to say" and then and only then he looked at my wrist and pretended he knew about medicine, and told me i needed xrays. Ok. I did the xrays, and went to a different doctor to go over it. The new doctor said "interesting way to diagnose carpal tunnel....." and he said that is useless and ordered another test, a nerve conduction test. He is the worst doctor and most likely worsen your condition.

He sexually assaulted my little girl. We are planning to file a police report once she is ready to talk as we don't want to further traumatize her. She was in shock, and cried so much. We are absolutely infuriated and disgusted. Even as a doctor, he was the worst. Did not ask any questions or give us the reference we went there for. Upon further research, we found that he was fired from the Queensway Carleton and suspended from his jobs several times. His license was almost revoked several times and it is a shocker he is still allowed to work.

I am sure my kid was not the only one. This is a dangerous man. Please do not take your kids to see him.

My 87 mother who has dimentia, recently developed acute hip pain. My father took her to an Appletree walk in clinic and was served by Dr. Peter Baranick. He prescribed her Naprosyn for pain. Luckily the pharmacist realized my mother is allergic to Naprosyn and obtained an alternate NSAID prescription from Dr. Baranick.

After several days, the alternate NSAID was not doing its job at managing her pain, so I took my mother back to Appletree and by chance we were served by Dr. Baranick again.

He entered the room and instead of saying "hello, why are you here today? he immediately started talking about high blood pressure medication he thought my she was on - which was NOT the case. I tried to tell him this but he would not listen. Finally, he realized he had the wrong patient information (and actually apologized). Next, he said she could try Celebrex. I was quick to enquire as to whether or not my mother could take Celebrex given her allergies (THIS IS HIS JOB). He seemed to think that Clebrex would not be suitable and told us to go back to her family doctor (which she does not have) as he was not allowed to prescribe something stronger, ie. a controlled substance. (What??). Something obviously did not seem right with this doctor. He also behaved messed up. I decided to do a simple checks on the internet and found he is listed on the Government of Canada "List of Restricted Health Care practitioners (for one of three reasons, including not being permitted to prescribe a controlled substance). - check it out)

My advice to anyone is: as soon as you learn you will be served by Dr. Baranick REFUSED TO BE SERVED AND WALK OUT.

The worst doctor I have ever seen, made up his mind about my issue before I could even explain it. Stubborn and useless

I saw Dr. Baranick at an Appletree location for a bladder infection. In my intake form, I wrote that I was pregnant. I also told the student who asked me about my symptoms when showing me into the room that I was pregnant. After Dr. Baranick came into the room, the first thing I told him was that I was pregnant. At the end of the appointment, after prescribing me antibiotics, I asked him to confirm if the medication was okay to take while pregnant. He looked taken aback and said "you're pregnant?" He obviously did not read my chart or listen to a word I said. In response to whether the medication was safe to take he said "Probably. Ask the pharmacist."

Avoid this doctor unless you have no other choice. Be prepared for short temper, unprofessionalism, impaired judgement and being timed. He refused to be informed on patient medical history before diagnosing and prescribing antibiotics (which is serious). The nurse/assistant did not take any info other than medication allergies. It will be your responsibility to get this person to treat you correctly. He is passionate about arguing with you if he believes that you are mentioning more than one symptom of the same illness. Difficult visit with my mother today. Decided she has pneumonia without requesting X-Ray for confirmation. We finished in 8 minutes. Had to book another visit because this one was fecal.

Won't see the unvaccinated. News flash the vaccine doesn't work if you haven't noticed.
