We were referred to Dr. Rees, but without warning got Dr. Sullivan. The office staff was nice and the optometrist who does the first exam, before you see the doctor, was lovely, kind and patient with my very nervous little girl. And skilled with children and putting them at ease.

Dr. Sullivan, however, was brusque and rude, couldn’t even keep straight which eye was hurting her, claiming it was eyelashes in her not irritated eye. She didn’t listen to any of information given to her and gave no info or explanation on what she saw. She was rude and confrontational with questions that any concerned parent might ask, and gave us a grand total of 3 minutes (in arrogant and dismissive tones), after a two hour wait appointment and a lot of worry for my little girl. If you are referred to the office, double check that you will be seeing Dr. Rees, as we were supposed to, as this co-worker is just an awful stereotype of the arrogant, dismissive, insensitive doctor who takes no time or care in listening to her patients and offering useful assessments of what might be going on.

Dr Sullivan did an iridotomy for me and does a follow up check annually. She communicates very clearly and carefully, which I greatly appreciate. Her staff is well trained, friendly and efficient.

Very rude and rushed, unfortunately seems more like an individual that should retire since is performing the medical act in such a manner, disrespectful to the patient and with no interest in providing any valuable information about the eye test results. Disappointed about how the interaction with the doctor went, will ask for different referral from my GP for next exam.

Well it has been two weeks and I am still waiting for Dr. Sullivan's office to call me for my appointment. I have tried calling the office multiple times and have ended up on hold for over 45 minutes each time and always end up just giving up. And there is no way to email them via their web site. Calling back my GP to see if he can refer me to another Ophthalmologist because if this is the treatment I get pre-appt, I sure can't imagine things getting any better.

I have been seeing Dr Sullivan for over 10 years and compared to other doctors I have gone to see, she is friendly, very thorough and follows up. I am not sure why people see her so poorly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sullivan's for years (botox for head & neck injuries). I literally would not be running a business full time or have quality of life without her. She's amazing. She's a straight-shooter, no BS type, which I appreciate because I'm the same way. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

I just finished a letter to Dr. Sullivan, vis-a-vis my visit this week. I closed the letter, "Much thanks for the care you continue to give me. " This after about 26 years. She sees retirement in a few years; I'll be sorry for that. Mike Tropp
