I have had an appointment to see Dr. Sullivan for over a year. I go there due to my diabetes type 2, to ensure that my eyesight is not affected by the diabetes. My appointment was for this July 2020. Two days prior to the appointment I received a phone call from her receptionist informing that due to my age 80 yrs, she would not be seeing me. I informed the receptionist that I had just gone through the Covid 19 test and was negative. She replied call us back in a few months, end of phone call. I find this unprofessional and perhaps on the ege of discrimination. I would suggest that persons wanting to see an Ophthalmologist look elsewhere.

I have been going to Dr.Sullivan for annual ey checks for over 5 years so when my eyes began giving me serious problems over the last couple of months I called her office hoping to get an appointment reasonably soon. I was first told I needed a re-referral from my GP which I arranged to do and then called her office to book an appointment. I was then told the earliest available date was mid-February 2021---- SIX MONTHS INTO THE FUTURE. If I had to wait that long, I'd need to bring a seeing-eye dog with me to an appointment. A friend recommended an alternative specialist -- who gave me an appointment in 2 days, followed by an excellent and thorough examination. Needless to say, I won't be returning to Dr. Sullivan. I see no point in establishing a relationship with a specialist that carries no weight when urgent care needs arise.

Dr Sullivan has been my eye Dr for years, I'm always looking forward to my yearly visit. Always pleasant informative visit. I recommend her to all my friends!

Not helpful at all and disorganized , office staff slow to respond. Dr Sullivan does not have patients best interests at heart. A disappointment

Her staff are nice but Dr Sullivan is moody; doesn't like questions so you have to assume she's knowledgeable; can snap at you very easily. I know it's hard to get appts with an opthamologist so I don't complain but if it were easier to find an alternative dr, I would have looked for someone else years ago.

I had an excellent visit with Dr. Sullivan. I had been referred to her because my appointment with an optometrist had left me with concerns that I might have macular degeneration and pressure problems in one eye. She did a thorough exam, in a timely manner, and addressed my concerns. I have already booked another appointment for next year with her.

Have not seen Dr. Sullivan in years. She was as good as she was the last time I saw her about 15 years ago. The check of my eyes took about 30 minutes. All was explained to me. Was happy to have had her as my Dr. once again.

Her receptionist called me with an appointment and insisted on taking it or I have to wait until April or May. So I took it although it didn't work for me. I was waiting 40min to see the Dr. and when I said I have to get back soon, they rudely replied that you have to expect an hour of wait! Who says that?! Then what is the point of having an appointment!!! After all, another Dr showed up and said I am helping Dr. Sullivan today! I was thinking, that's why they insisted on taking this appointment. Because they knew and probably the other patient cancelled because of that. I was offended because they fooled me, they should have told me and it was on me to decide whether I go or wait til April! The staff are the worst as I have bad experience with them for Dr. Lindley who is my mom's Dr.
