Dr. Chessex has been my cardiologist since 2004. She listened to my heart and to my story on that first visit. Even though I had not had a heart attack, she concluded that I had issues that needed further assessment via an angiogram. The results indicated bypass surgery which was successfully carried out. I have been under her care since then, through a history of new blockages in the bypasses and repeated angioplasties to insert stents. All the while she has monitored my situation, adjusting medications, prescribing exercise programs and listening to my heart, using her depth of medical knowledge and her understanding of my complex cardiac situation to provide me with the best possible care. Dr Caroline Chessex is the best!

Dr. Chessex was the ER doctor I was admitted under at TWH. Something about her presence brought peace to me scared mind. Her bedside manner is what every doctor should aim for. Truly a wonderful doctor and caring person.
