I have to say < Dr Kyrollos , is patient , understanding , investigates your issue until he finds a solution , you are never rushed , he explains everything to you , " don't worry we will take care of you " exact words .when I leave his office I feel better knowing he cares . thank you thank you , from someone who suffers with anxiety .

Dr Kyrollos called me today, and I was very impressed with his thorough investigation into my history and symptoms. He is a very good listener which seems to be a skill many doctors lack (I’ve been a patient of MANY). I am not sure yet whether his assessment will lead to any diagnosis to help me get treatment, but my first impression is he really cares and will try his best. Thank you Dr!

Dr. Kyrollos is the nicest and most compassionate Dr. He goes above and beyond to try to figure out what is happening with your body. He is very knowledgeable and you can almost see his brain working to solve problems. He was very thorough and professional. If some people comment that he is cold or unfocused , I think it is because he is really concentrating on the science of what your symptoms mean. He went over and beyond for my daughter who is suffering with a chronic illness. He even called us at HOME!!! We have seen many specialists and physicians throughout this journey but he is the only one who actually told my daughter that he was so sorry that she was suffering!!! I can't even tell you what a difference that made! He really showed that he cared and was going to do his best to help.
We haven't gotten to the bottom of her illness but with his help, I am sure we will get there. He has arranged several referrals to other specialists for tests and really went out of his way to explain his thoughts and to direct us. If all doctors showed this much care and excellence, we would all be so much better off. If you are able to be cared for by him, you are so fortunate. Unfortunately, his staff (at the Nepean location)are terrible and unorganized and not a good representation of who he is. I think they work for the group of Dr's there and not him only.

I have diabetes which was out of control, as well as kidney problem. The combination of medication that I was taking made my kidney functions much worse. I was referred to Dr Kyrollos who recommended a new medication that is very efficient in controlling diabetes, and at the same time does not touch the kidney functions. Indeed after starting his new medication, my diabetes was very well controlled & my kidney functions returned back to almost normal. I can confirm now that Dr Kyrollos is a well trained . extremely skilled & up-to-date physician who is capable to provide his patients with excellent treatment plans. He is caring and conscientious & I would recommend him to any patient looking for an outstanding physician.

Waste of time. Dr. Kyrollos appeared confused and distracted the first time I saw him. His english is not the best and I had difficulty understanding him. Saw him twice and cancelled my 3rd appt because he was seemed so disinterested in my treatment. Sorry will never go back.

Dr. Kyrollos is my diabetic doctor and has turned my life around. He was very knowledgable on the newest insulin and got me back on track and healthy. He also treats me like a human being and not a "Number".
