Waited over 2 hours, in almost empty waiting room, after we were told we were next in line. This was 2 years ago. My child was supposed to get minor cosmetic surgery. Haven't heard from the doctor since.

Like many of Dr. Prendiville's other eczema patients, she simply gave our daughter a prescription as effective as the one we got from our GP. She was unwilling to consider or assess the allergies we later discovered were responsible for the condition. Our daugher's eczema has now cleared after we investigated and sought allergy testing contrary to Dr. Prendiville's direction, no prescriptions necessary.

Not super helpful with son's eczema. Friendly but no creative ideas for help with a worsening problem.

I agree that Dr. Prendiville is very knowledgable, and is soft spoken with good bedside manners. She is WAY better than the specialist in Ottawa! My son's ecezma is now under control and we see her once a month! Now that's service. Of course she is notoriously late so we always know to schedule at least 2-3 hrs from doing anything else! Fear about the powerfulness of the creams was addressed in an ecezma workshop put on by UBC. Bottomline: if you use them properly and timely, you/your child will not be exposed as long as if you don't use the prescribed amounts. Makes sense to me now.

She is a wonderful doctor who is always willing to help her patients. Shd has been kind, attentive and thorough for our numerous visits to Children's. She has never rushed through our appointments (which may explain the sometimes long waits - bring extra toys and food to occupy the kids) and takes the time to make sure you understand and answers all your questions. Can't thank her enough!

I love her. She's helpful, soft spoken and caring and I was so happy for my son when we found her as he was waking at night screaming from itchiness. within no time at all he was doing great!

Dr. Julie Prendiville is the best doctor I have ever met in my life. She is not only an expert in her field but also a caring doctor to her patients. She set a high standard for all other physicians.
