I waited months for my appointment only to have a med student assess me. When Dr. Anderson entered, she told me I was "dehydrated". I since have been diagnosed with spasmodic dysphonia. All I can say is see a different doctor and don't waste your time.

How do you RATE a doctor who does not show her face or check the patient and can't be reached via email or telephone. HORRIBLE.

Dr. Anderson is the worst Dr. ever had. She has a really bad bedside manner, she did an awful job with follow-up and botched up my surgery. Do yourself a favor and get a second option.

I need my voice to be successful in my line of work. I got referred to Dr. Anderson by my doctors in my hometown of Boston, even though I live in Canada now.

Best ENT in North American Hands down. I have been seeing Doctor Anderson for a few years now with my vocal issues. She is very informative, professional and has the best team and staff members.

After several procedures and surgeries, we have tweaked my voice issues and I have major gains visible.

Dr. Anderson and a surgeon from Manchester UK operated to remove one of my parathyroid glands on 6 February 2018. End of February now and I feel good. Joint pain suffered over the past few years is pretty much gone. Taking Calcium+D3 daily. Looking for an improved BMD scan at the end of April, hopefully showing osteoporosis declining. Thank you to Dr. Anderson and all the great staff at St. Mike's and also to Dr. Rubin of St. Mike's who first spotted that my high calcium readings might mean parathyroidectomy surgery was needed and directed me to see Dr. Anderson.

Dr. Anderson literally changed my life. After 25 years of coughing - she was the doctor who finally diagnosed my problem, and prescribed appropriately to achieve a significant improvement. I am very grateful. It was a long wait to see her, but I understand she can hardly keep up with referrals.

I waited 13 MONTHS to see this Doctor. I drove 3 hrs from another city to see her, only for her to no-show on me. I got to meet her med students instead.
Horrible. I just hope she doesn't fraudulently charge OHIP today...

Waited 3 months to see her for a follow-up appointment that she told me to book only to book, then waited for an hour in her reception to see her only to have her then tell me that she "does not do that kind of work anymore." Did not even look at the images from the results of the test she ordered.

I had a microlarangoscopy surgery in February with Dr. Anderson that has been life changing for me. The procedure went extremely smoothly. I had no need to even fill the prescription for pain meds. The entire staff and all practioners were consummate professionals.
