I cannot express how great of a doctor Dr.Lee is. I was heavily misdiagnosed by a previous ENT and I had to search for another ENT that had high ratings and that's how I came across Dr.Lee. He is everything that what you want from a doctor, his bedside manners are amazing, he acknowledges your issues AND CORRECTS It ACCORDINGLY, his level of knowledge makes you feel comfortable being in his care. I can hear again without any medications. He's been my ENT for a couple years now and I can't speak anymore highly of him. Highly highly recommend.

Great doctor, excellent bedside manner and tons of knowledge. Dr. Lee takes time to explain to patient the problem.

I can't find a better word to describe Dr. Lee as he is the best out of the best ENT doctor that I ever ever had in my life dealing with me ENT cancer issue. He is very kind and knowledgeable and even personally called me directly after my surgery to check my health condition. Which doctor in the world would actually do that to his or her patients. He is a amazing doctor. Comparing to my previous ENT doctor (Raymond something) located at Woodbine and Steeles area who is actually a horrible and useless doctor. He (Raymond) is actually a scammer on his patients and asks patients to pay extra fee for something you can never get a receipt after you paid. He (Raymond) also feels he is a kind as he just walks around in the hallway pretending he is fleaking very busy man and leaving patients to wait over hours. As for Dr. Ambrose Lee, he is just the best doctor. I would definitely and will always go back to see Dr. Ambrose Lee.

Dr. Lee is a superb doctor. I was referred to Dr. Lee from my previous specialist due to his expertise in repairing ruptured ear drums and now I don't want to go back to my previous Dr.

I have found Dr.'s office staff are always a challenge regardless of the doctor. I had several issues with his staff trying to cancel an appointment a day after they had confirmed it. On one occasion I had to play back a recoding of my call to them to keep my appointment. It was a miscommunication between the 2 offices he has. On another occasion when they tried to cancel my appointment I insisted they keep it. In saying these negatives about his staff they are still far better than other Dr.'s staff that I have encountered.

But medically i would strongly recommend Dr. Lee

Dr Ambrose Lee is a gentleman, one of the compassionate few who take time to listen to their patients. He did not make me feel as if my ear problem was all in my head. Although my problem was not resolved, he tried. He is one of few knowledgeous Doctors in town.

A wonderful ENT. He is kind, patient and very knowledgeable. My first consultation was on the phone and he did not rush. He asked all questions about my symptoms and decided he needs to see me in person. An appointment was booked for me by Dr. Lee at the end of the phone call. On the day of the in-person consultation, Dr. Lee was prompt and answer all my questions. Again, he took time to diagnose and did not rush through the appointment. Very nice and professional.

Dr. Lee is always so kind and caring, he really takes the time to listen to his patients concerns. You can tell he really cares. He is very knowledgeable, and takes the time to share his knowledge with his patients. He very thoroughly explains what treatment needs to be received, and executes these treatments with utmost precision and care. He is truly a wonderful doctor. Highly recommend!
