I don’t know what staff helped the poster below but I want that staff, the staff has been nothing but evasive for me, don’t return calls, act angry if you call asking for help, making it hard to get an appt or talk to the dr. I want the staff you are talking about, still haven’t gotten help with the dr after three years of seeing him for an issue, still sick with severe sinusitis. The dr has been okay in certain instances though has called me several times at home in the past which has been very good in my opinion and not every dr would do that. Ot didn’t help me but I did appreciate the gesture. I don’t know what to make of this situation I’m just not sure how they could leave a patient in terrible misery with sinusitis for years and be okay with that.

Dr. JONES and his staff were wonderful to us. He came in after hours to assess my son and advocated for us to get the emergency help we needed in Toronto. Was honest with us and helped us through the process. After care has been great too. He saved my boys life with his knowledge and efficient manner. His staff went beyond keeping us informed and were very caring as we experienced this scarey time. He has has performed surgery for us since then and again great care. Very grateful !

Bad experience. Sick for over two year cannot function dr Jones just says you can live with it. I didn’t know that was the job or specialists? Today you can live with what’s causing you to go crazy and not be able to function? Staff isn’t great either they are rude condescending don’t return phone calls and degrade and demean you. This is what we pay for with our healthcare in Canada, it worse than 3rd world.

Saw dr Jones for years now trying to get a sinus issue resolved, every time I see him his answer is. “ I don’t know” he’s friendly but I didn’t come to him for friendship I came for pain relief and he doesn’t seem to take my issues seriously I’ve been struggling long term with severe sinus issues. I’m not confident he will ever help me.

I saw this doctor over a six year period for tinnitus and related issues. The only response was “good luck and live with it”. I’ve been referred to another doctor at another hospital.

Had surgery with this dr expecting a life free of sinusitis. Had this over and over again after surgery however surgery did fix some of the issue. Receptionist was amazing...dr not so much. Went to him for over s year now with a problem and he just says he can’t fix it and I can live with it. Unfortunately, I can’t live with it that’s why I was there. Didn’t offer any solutions now I have to wait on a second opinion and have been in complete agony and discomfort for over a year and still don’t know how to fix it. Nurses in clinic were horribly rude. Secretary receptionist is amazing. Hope I don’t have to go back. Hoping to find a dr who can fix my issue.

Listens well and is very friendly but not a good surgeon. I had TWO nose surgeries for a severely deviated septum to fix constant congestion. The first surgery a mistake happened that I still dont understand to this day. After both surgeries he says it looks good but still constantly congested. Not as much but still constant and now I have the fantastic benefit of chronic sinusitis. Yah!

Has been excellent with us as a family. Is very honest which can be hard to hear but better than not knowing. Has done surgery on my boy and was very successful. Was able to refer as quickly the first time and saved his life.

I took my 3 year old son to him after requesting someone who was good with children, he was NOT! He did a nasal scope without explaining anything to myself and my poor boy screamed bloody murder the entire time. The staff and himself were not understanding nor did they attempt to calm or help my child, they just pinned him, did the scope and all walked out. After that he took 2 seconds to say "ya there is some tissue in there, at this point I wouldn't do surgery, come back if it gets worse." That was it!! All of THAT for that statement?! I would never ever go back to this dr. not as an adult and certainly would never take my child to him. I was so disappointed and devastated for my son. Thank goodness they recover quickly and he will forget about it soon but not the point. Brutal.
