Dr Franklin is amazing, his personal skill are great to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I wish more doctors had his bed side manner

My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 throat cancer and saw Dr. Franklin 3 times . The second time my husband saw him was to decide whether his trach should be capped or not to improve his swallowing ability. During this visit Dr. FRANKLIN had 2 residents with him. When Dr. Franklin asked my husband if he knew how to remove the inner canula from his trach my husband told him he did but that I usually changed it for him. Laughing he told my husband to "suck it up....and put on his big boy panties". My husband was in the middle of a 7 week/5days a week chemo amd radiation treatment at this time. My husband passed away with these comments in his head and I will never forgive Dr. Franklin for these disrespectful, degrading, and insensitive comments. My husband was more of a man than Dr. Franklin could ever imagine being.

Dr Franklin is an Amazing Dr. I Credit him with saving my husbands life and am so grateful for follow up care he offers him. He has helped my Mom when she was dismissed by a different ENT and ran tests that also uncovered Moms Lung Cancer. I am thankful he is also my Dr. He is always available to help us with any of our Family concerns. I Thank God For this Incredible Dr. I would highly recommend if you or a loved one need an ENT.. request Dr Franklin. Mary Beth in Reception is also fantastic!

Dr. Franklin prescribed a blood thinner to my sister who had oral cancer. Three days after she had a major stroke and almost died. She had no previous cardiac issues.

Was referred to Dr. Franklin for thyroid issue. He explained everything that would occur at surgery in very understandable terms.

Punctual, nice, funny and professional. His office staff Mary Beth was lovely to speak to about appointments and follow up.

So glad that Dr. Franklin did my surgery, scar is minimal and have had no issues post-op!

Dr. Franklin and his team are very professional, compassionate, caring and make you feel safe when going through surgery. He is excellent at explaining what is going on with you and the plans going forward. I have complete faith in him and trust him with my life.

Dr Franklin is amazing! He make you feel like your part of his friends and family, ya know, the ones people actually want to be around. I saw another ENT before him, in which he referred me to Franklin, as he didn't know why I was having my issues, Right away Franklin knew what it was and how to treat it.. truly awesome.
