Dr jones overlooked my sinusitis on multiple occasions and blamed it on mental health. Upon ct scans looked at by a second doctor who identified sinusitis. Dr jones had said he saw nothing and there was nothing he could do for me. The ct confirmed I had sinusitis. Which is what I was already telling dr jones as a chronic sufferer. Because of these early mistakes I’m now losing my eyesight due to sinusitis complications from not getting prompt treatment . I don’t know how these specialists can overlook such things, it’s hard to understand and now I will pay the price with my vision.

He is a fantastic Doctor. He is professional and to the point. He makes sure all of your questions are answered. He heard all of my concerns. He took great care of my son. He follows up as needed.

Like th poster below dr jones also told me anyone would love your condition go get help for your anxiety, several years after my condition ( sinusitis ) went u ntreated and now I have issues with my vision and am unable to see properly due to ongoing sinus issues that weren’t resolved years ago and. I went to jones, jt I guess anyone would love my condition ( sinus) when going to a sinus dr. And anyone would love going blind from it, and getting help for anxiety would certain cure my sinusitis . Let’s just say I cpuslnt bare to go to him anymore as every time I did I said how can you fix my sinus problem and he looked at me and said “ I don’t know “ . Strange,,then who does know ?

He just doesn't care.

He arrived 15 mins late which is not the end of the world but I am not going to give any special points for. During the meeting the doctor did not ask any questions about my condition and proceeded straight into the endoscopy. At the end of the endoscopy he said something to the effect of "I know why you are here, you are just a veteran trying to get a claim". This surprised both myself and the nurse who was present, since like most people who see a doctor I just needed some help. At the end of the appointment he told me there was nothing he could do.

Fast forward to today and my family doctor has just received the report from Dr Edmund Jones from the exam which took place almost two years ago. Turns out I may need surgery so I guess there is actually something wrong. There is no worse feeling than suffering with a serious condition and having a doctor, whom you should trust, tell you nothing is wrong or imply you are just out for financial gain.

I had no issues with the staff, in fact when I almost forgot my health card the receptionist chased me up the stairs to return it.

Waited 8 months for my daughter to see EDMUND JONES and his exam on my daughter was literally 15 minutes in and out. He looked in her ears, her nose, and throat just with a light and said " there is absolutely nothing I can do for you, nothing is wrong " and rushed us very rudely out the door... meanwhile he failed as a professor to actually scope the insides and look at her adenoids.
We had an apt with a sleep apnea to rule it out, and the sleep apnea doctor was amazing and took the extra steps to do full tests and it came back and her adenoids were enlarged so bad her airway was constricted 80-90%. This diagnosis was failed so improperly, if went untreated eventually could be fatal. Please do not trust this " ENT Processor " in yours/or your children hands as from my experience and others he is not knowledgable, doesn't care or take pride in his work. He should have never even be given a license to begin with, let alone be doing surgery on anyone.

One of my worst doctors experiences ever. I only saw him once and I will never go back. He was two and a half hours late, by which time I was in excruciating pain from chronic pain and having to sit in an uncomfortable chair for so long. He was rude, dismissive, condescending and extremely unhelpful. I'm honestly surprised he has any good reviews.

Dr. Jones has a wealth of knowledge and experience, and puts it to best use for his patients. His explanations are clear and realistic, and he listens patiently to concerns, never dismissing them. Punctuality can be impacted occasionally by emergency cases needing to be dealt with. His nurses and admin. staff are pleasant and efficient. All in all, a great clinic, very grateful for the care received.

I am glad that he made himself available to help me. Otherwise I would have had to go to Ottawa Civic Hospital. Very few options available in my area.

I don’t know what staff helped the poster below but I want that staff, the staff has been nothing but evasive for me, don’t return calls, act angry if you call asking for help, making it hard to get an appt or talk to the dr. I want the staff you are talking about, still haven’t gotten help with the dr after three years of seeing him for an issue, still sick with severe sinusitis. The dr has been okay in certain instances though has called me several times at home in the past which has been very good in my opinion and not every dr would do that. Ot didn’t help me but I did appreciate the gesture. I don’t know what to make of this situation I’m just not sure how they could leave a patient in terrible misery with sinusitis for years and be okay with that.
