It’s been over 5 years since Dr Franklin performed my oral surgery. From our first meeting I liked this guy, put me at ease, explained the operation and left me with a confidence and optimism. You’re in good hands.

Such a caring, genuine, knowledgeable Doctor. He does not leave any stone unturned. I have been under his care for a few years now post breast cancer due to thyroid nodules and a persistant cough.
He also treated my vertigo with his team at 1 of my appointments and I am grateful to him for that.
I cannot say enough positive comments about him.

Dr Franklin helped me through the removal of a parotid tumour. He was thorough in his explanations, brilliant in the surgery and reassuring and helpful in the recovery. Can't say enough good or thank him enough. Very grateful to have had his excellent care.

It’s been years since Dr Franklin did my thyroid surgery, but he was absolutely fantastic. Caring, knowledgeable, professional, it was the best possible experience. My kid didn’t even know I had a scar on my neck, I had to show her, it is so small and not obvious at all.

I met Dr. Franklin after having a salivary gland surgery as I had swelling. He attended to the clinic immediately and was kind, explained everything very well and addressed my concerns. I would recommend him.

I can't say enough about the skills and compassion of Dr. Franklin. He removed the right lobe of my thyroid which contained quite a massive growth that wound around vocal cords and nerves. During recovery I hemorage and his quick action saved me from life threatening situation. He has excellent bedside mannerisms and an excellent sense of humor. I highly recommend him an excellent surgeon.

Dr. Franklin removed a quarter that was lodged in my 2 year old daughters throat recently at KGH. After reading up a bit on him (because I was so impressed with the level of care we experienced in a short period of time) I see that the procedure my daughter required was small beans compared to the work he does! He was incredibly kind, and reassuring with a fantastic sense of humour. He and all of the staff we dealt with that night made a scary experience for us much more bearable. Not sure if he reads these reviews or not, but I wanted to say a big THANK YOU for taking such good care of our little one. You do great work and you're a kind soul!
