Kalvin White has done my spinal guided epidural injections for my cervical kyphosis and lumbar stenosis injections. He helped my pain greatly.

I, like the rest of the people commenting here wish Dr. Kalvin White was practicing again. He helped my more than any other doctor has. Since his leaving his practice I have had to have back surgery (L5S1) now I have nerve damage. Dr. White where are you???

I miss Dr. White sooo bad! He was the best pain doctor I had ever had. He really cared about me & helped me so much more than anyone else. The other doctors I have been unfortunately forced to see are horrible and don't care about helping me. PLEASE Dr. White come back. Your patients need you. And I agree, you sorry a** people that are just out there to get drugs to get high or whatever I wish you had to suffer a brain tumor and ruptured disks in neck and back like I do for a week. Then maybe you would understand how your actions hurt the ones who really need medications. I have been suffering for over 10 years and I am still trying to find a good dr since Dr white left.I haven't had any luck yet. So I keep praying and looking. If anyone finds one post it here. And Dr.White if you're out there, open your own practice your faithful patients like me who love you will get you more referrals and keep you in business. And anyone who reads this stay AWAY from pain management of tulsa, the staff and the other drs are terrible. And don't go to Dr badresh bhakta either!! That Dr and his staff are running a house of HORRORS!! Dr. White was the best!!! PLEASE COME BACK!!

I had been a patient of Dr. Kalvin White for two years. I miss him terribly. He is the ultimate physician in pain management. I have been searching the internet since he left Pain Management of Tulsa. The physician who I saw after he left refused to follow the plan of care Dr. White had started. I was worse than when I started. I now require a walker at times. I would not refer any one to Pain Management of Tulsa. Please Dr. White there are many of your patients that will follow you, let us know where you are.

I had been with Dr. White since 2009, he was a compassionate doctor. It was about the patient and what was best for them to have a quality life but toward the end the clinic became about money. The doctor was not happy about how things changed at the clinic, we were being treated like trash by the staff up front but yet he was trying to make sure we were cared for and not suffering. The Nurses were trying to treat the patients, 2nd guessing the dr and harassing the patients. I would love to be able to find Dr. White, I was taken off my pain meds and they wanted to do shots in my spine but do to the uniqueness of my illness I was scared to allow them. I didn't know anything about the dr they switched me to and he treated me like a druggie. I hate taking the meds nd using the patches but if I don't I cannot take care of my mom, and the ranch. I chose not to take a stronger drug because if I did I wouldn't know when I was over doing it on the work. I wish doc would come back in his own private practice. We miss a doctor who cares and wasn't all about the money.

I MISS DR.KALVIN WHITE!!! I am like all of Dr. Whites patients. Left without a doctor that truly cared and did what he needed to give you the best life he could. I am very very disappointed that out of the blue he up and left without letting his patients know, or at the very least referring us to someone that would actually care enough about us to help us. I was with him for 7 years.. was transferred over to Dr. Wallace. Thanks to Candice for noting something untrue in my chart that I didnt say, Dr. Wallace dropped me from his care. It took me over a week to get a script in which is a "weening off " script. I mean really. ..I have been there for 7 years for a reason. Dr white would not have put his license on the line for nothing. So now I am having to look like a seeker trying to find a Pain specialist that I like. So far I have struck out. Just recently saw Dr. Salguero which I recommend staying away from. He said there was absolutely nothing wrong with me. UMMM...OKAY....Like I said. ..I was sent to pain management 7 years ago!!! Dr. White...I pray you see this. And if you do, please contact! Call Dr. Wakefields office with Jenks Family physicians and please help me find someone that will care about my health and well being as you did for 7 years. If this let's anyone know anything about Pain Management of Tulsa.. .I've been on tramadol for 6 years due to nerve damage from hysterectomy. And they refuse to prescribe it because it is not designed for "nerve damage " although it is the only thing that has worked for 6 years! I miss my doc. Great ones are hard to come by thanks to all the individuals that abuse the system and looking for the next high. Makes me sick what those that truly need it go through because of it. Good Luck to all of Dr. Whites patients. And If you find someone like him, please post here.
P.S....Due to everything I've experienced over the 7 years with Pain Management of Tulsa . I understand why Dr. White left.....

I really want to FIND Dr. White. He truly cared about the pain I live with every day! I get "emotional" sometimes that I may have to settle for feeling "better" but never "no pain"....but Dr. White was always kind, compassionate and never made me feel guilty for needing to take pain medication. Suddenly he's gone PMT and they assign me a new Doctor who says I'm going from 6 of each of the two medications each day to TWO pills a day! I just have been crying, I'm so SCARED of the pain I'll be feeling and I just don't know WHAT TO DO. Reading all these remarks about this facility really worries me, a place named PAIN MANAGEMENT gives you hope.....Dr. White if you read these, please reach out to your patients, we will follow you!!!!!

PMT is not a good practice. However, Dr. White is outstanding. He is completely committed to the health of his oatients.

Left the pain management of tulsa practice without notice. The PMOT practice and staff are terrible, but this was the closest thing to malpractice I've seen. He abandoned his patients without notice and nearly killed me in the process. And since the other doctors are even more incompetent I've had to completely start over with my treatment and a new doctor. I truly loathe the Dr. And the practice. Avoid at all costs!
