Dr White is without a doubt the BEST Dr I have ever seen. He has taken excellent can of me and a family member for well over 7 years. Unfortunately, the Staff at PMOT are ABSOLUTELY useless, with a few exceptions. The problem is that I went to my scheduled appointment on December 9th only to be told that "He left the Practice". I was then "Assigned" to Dr Wallace and he immediately changed my Meds to ones that DON'T WORK. He promised me that "I will not leave you hanging. If the new meds don't work, give me a call and I'll take care of you". That was an OUTRIGHT LIE as I left messages as well as going to the Office. I finally got a call today from Candace who said Dr Wallace wasn't going to change anything until my next appointment.
Something is going on with this place and it's not good. STAY AWAYFROM PAIN MANAGEMENT OF TULSA.

Does anyone know where Dr Kalvin White went? Dr White is an Excellent Dr but since he is no longer here I will have to find a new Dr. If anyone knows where Dr White is please post it.

I have been seeing Dr. White for a year. I am a medical professional, and very picky, but right away I liked him. He is straight to the point and gives you options, but also his opinions. He has had several procedures done himself, and makes explanations very clear. I had injections done in my back and afterward, I trust him completely. He was wonderful. It was fast, easy, and safe. His office staff are difficult to work with at times, but they have mostly been friendly. I am usually told two or three completely different things, so cohesive is not how I would describe it, but they are super busy and if that's what I have to do to continue seeing Dr. White, then I absolutely will.

I couldn't survive this horrific disease without the treatment, knowledge, care and true compassion of dr. White and his staff. I have had well over 25 procedures done by dr. White and I can honestly say that I never worry and always feel like I'm in the best hands anywhere. He should be commended for his medical ability and the attitude towards his patients. I always know he will explain things to my wife in ways that she can easily tell me later. If your dr. Isn't 100 percent vested in your medical care, it shows and dr. White is 100 percent.

I absolutely love Dr. White. He is always so kind, and never makes you feel like he doesn't have time to listen. He seems willing to try many options to try to help the pain I live with. If I had one complaint it would simply be that it does take a long time to get prescriptions called in, which is sometimes frustrating. This is a pain management office, obviously everyone going there is in pain and needs immediate help. But, simply rating the Doctor, I would recommend him to anyone! I read other reviews regarding the staff, personally they've all been nothing but kind.

All of the Doctors are great, but the administration is terrible very unprofessional. It's sad that money is the only thing that really gets any care because that's all they care about. With signs of racial discrimination I would not recommend this office based on the character of the administration.

I liked Dr. White okay. The issue, as many have stated, is the clinic and staff. If you can see the doctor and not need any care or help between appointments, everything will be fine. However, if you have any issues or need medication adjustments, good luck. It can sometimes take up to a week to get a call back. The receptionist will tell you to go to the ER if you can't wait. I have never been treated by a doctor's office like I was here. It's unfortunate, because Dr White seemed like a good doctor. But the staff makes all the difference. I think this clinic is just way too busy to provide proper care.

I have a very complicated set of problems. I have seen more specialists than I care to count. Dr. White is the only Dr. I feel has treated me as a whole person. He has treated me with dignity and respect even in time that I felt my life was over due to my circumstances. I only have use of my left arm and so for me to take the time to type this comment should be viewed as evidence of what a great physician he is and that I want other patients to know that. Even in times of ill fated hope it is possible to find a caring dr. He has even seen me at times knowing he may not be paid just to check on my well being. He has performed several procedures on me and is always kind and companionate. From cervical problems, occipital headaches and RSD I would say he is the only Dr. I would recommend. I am still far from pain-free, but at least I have a Dr. Who does not give up on me and is continually trying to help me overcome these problems and get me back to some kind of normal life.

Dr Kalvin White is a wonderful doctor. He is very knowledgable and compassionate. He always listens and explains every procedure completely. His staff is friendly and helpful. I had a very bad experience previously with other pain management groups and could not believe my fortune is finding this practice. He has helped me tremendously. I can't say enough good. You will not be dissapointed with this doctor or his staff.

Does a great job with spinal injections. He is always very kind and compassionate. This is an extremely busy office. The staff leave a lot to be desired. It is hard to reach this office without a computer. Noone answers the phone except a computer
