We were referrred to Dr. Kerr as our todder son had excema & had hives after eating peanut butter. She was not focused, having asked us 5 times in a 20 minute period how old our son was. Following testing and confirmation of his peanut & nut allergy, she completely overwhelmed us with information about dust and other types of allergies. Unfortunately, especially dealing with a life threatening condition, we left the office confused. On the 2nd visit, she focused on our son's weight and his juice consumption rather than providing us with information about how to deal with his allergies. My husband had to leave the office. When I told Dr. Kerr that the pediatrician informed us that our son's weight was within the range for his age, she abruptly replied she found that hard to believe. I left the office in tears & vowed never to return. We have since changed to a new allergist who is kind, compassionate, very knowledgeable & helpful. Dr. Kerr could certainly learn a lot from him.

She took excellent care of our children. We are moving cities and sorry to lose our allergy doctor.

I am sure she is very knowledgable, but i find she doesnt take the time to look at me when she is speaking. I can hardly keep track with what she is saying because she is too busy typing into the portable records computer. Not satisfied. My health is important to me.

Great doctor! She was very thorough and I was most satisfied. The clinic was hard to reach but still she was worth seeing anyway.

I was very impressed with her. She was so thorough and good with my child I asked my MD to refer me. We are so pleased to have found her - what a difference she has made in our asthma care. I would highly recommend this doctor.

I've seen Dr. Kerr a few times now and for the most part she has been great. Sometimes she is very pleasant and chatty and other times a bit abrupt and has medically alwasy been great.

Dr Kerr was always a bit of a scatterbrain and hard to follow her conversations, but now that she has moved her practice to Appletree it is almost impossible to work with her. It's impossible to call her office and ask questions about your appointment such as how to prepare yourself for such things as a allergy food challenge. We have gone to another allergist who can give better client service and perhaps better medical advice.
