Great doctor, with compassionate staff. Very cautious and gentle. Would highly recommend him, however looking to replace him as he seems to have retired.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Webster. He explain the procedures and the risks involved in a professional manner. Once the procedure was done he explained what was done and the results. His nurse was excellent is keeping me informed as well. The staff at the clinic were also helpful through check in.

One of the best Colorectal Surgeons and Proctologists that I had the honor of met. Very professional and with a highest professional ethic and very humanitarian with the patients. Thanks.

Rushed and felt like a cattle call. Wouldn't let my wife accompany me into the appointment. No explanation of any procedures or followup. Lack of bedside manner could be excused if Dr. Webster's technique was good, but it may be time for him to retire. Old school "patient is an idiot" is no longer acceptable.

Abysmal. After paying for a colonoscopy, I receive zero follow up. When I called, I'm told that I have to get ANOTHER referral back to him simply to get him to tell me the result. TOTAL SCAM. Situation is made substantially worse by a stutting, primadonna snowflake secretary with the intellect of a lobster and who compulsively makes up stories and lies all the time. For instance, she claimed Dr. Webster was a member of The Doctor's Association of Ontario when no such organisation exists.

Wow, I have never felt so completely dismissed and condescended to... I left the consult with more questions than answers, after he quickly cut me off, dismissed every symptom I gave, and contradicted things my doctor had said. I waited 7 months and am feeling extremely frustrated that I'm no further ahead.

Had a colonoscopy without sedation, although I requested it several times and was told I didn't need it. He also said he was unable to get a clear view and the results were inconclusive (even though I stressed a family history and had serious symptoms). He talked about retirement a good deal and stated he would not be the one to do my next procedure. The letter I received accompanying the results referred to me as both male and female. I believe it was very poor medical treatment and found another Gastroenterologist through the Ottawa Hospital (covered under OHIP) shortly after. It was professional and painless in comparison, but more importantly, a pre-cancerous polyp was removed. I would suggest second thought before seeing this doctor!

I had a colonoscopy in December. The staff was most efficient in explaining the procedure and in assisting while undergoing the procedure. Although apprehensive with the procedure without any sedation, everything went extremely well given the expertise of this doctor and his staff.

I had my colonoscopy(ies) and endoscopy performed by Dr. Webster. My husband also did as did a friend of the family. Dr.. Webster is very knowledgeable, careful, adept with the equipment used. His nurses and his staff are fantastic. I chose to have my procedures done at the clinic in order to get them done ASAP. I was very happy to do so. It is not a money making business, but rather an option for easier cases to be seen fast. I was very lucky to have my procedures there as he could have refused. I am afraid I am made a little wonky and the twists and turns in my body are exceptional. He got around them fantastic. He was let me know how you are doing. I will give you more drugs if you need it. That was the colonoscopies. He is a gentleman. He is skillful. The procedures were done and I did not experience pain. I was given some drugs but that is because of the wonkiness of my colon. I would go back to Dr. Webster in a heartbeat if I required another test. I would have no issue if my husband and friends went either. He is that good. I have definitely heard some bad reviews of this procedure. I, my husband and others I know have done very well. The alternative is you wait and take your chances with cancer. No Thanks. Get it done. Get it done right. Get it done safely. Thank you Dr. Webster. You made a difficult procedure a non-event owing to your skill, knowledge and personal manner.
