We are so happy that Dr Brown was the one on staff at the hospital when our mom was brought in with a blood clot on her spine. Dr Brown was faced with an impossible decision. He chose life for my mom even though it is with a disability now. He was clearly heartbroken giving us the news that she wouldn't walk again. He truly cared about the outcome for her. We can live with our mom in a wheelchair because she is still here with us. Thank you Dr Brown for choosing life for our mom!

Dr Brown & his staff (PA Luft & Nurse Vicki) are truly exception healthcare providers. Dr Brown & PA Luft gave me a thorough exam to evaluate my condition & recommended surgery. They explained the surgical details and necessary follow up. Then Nurse Vicki worked with the ins. company to get the surgery approved. At first, the surgery was disapproved, but through her persistent inquiries and encouragement to me to do the same, we finally got Dr Brown & the insurance physician talking & the surgery was approved. The surgery went as Dr Brown indicated. He visited me in the recovery room and each day during my next 2-day hospital stay. My post op checks were informative with the staff showing as much concern as during my first visit. I am so thankful to Dr Brown and his staff for the lumbar fusion needed to correct my 30 year lower back pain. I would highly recommended Dr Brown and his staff for either a neuro-surgical consult or surgery. Thank you Dr Brown, PA Luft & Nurse Vicki!

Never got to see Dr. Brown. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we arrived 5 mins. late. Staff couldn't even find our appt. at first and after looking for another 5 mins. they found us but said we were 15 mins. late and had to reschedule. Very rude and unprofessional staff. We were not 15 mins late and we had all the papers and MRI results ready ahead of time. Never want to return to this office with this behavior. Whatever happened to compassionate care of the patient? What a waste by taking a day off of work and taking child out of school for the day just to be turned away.

I have no knowledge of this doctor and his work. I have heard great things. His staff on the other hand are very unprofessional. My husband was 4 minutes late to an appointment because of construction. When we called to let them know of the delay there phones were off during business hours. So once we arrived at like 1:06 it took the receptionist about 10 minutes to acknowledge us and then she said since we were 15 minutes late we would have to reschedule. After explaining the situation they escorted my husband and myself out because we didnt have a desired tone?? The tone may have been out of line but we had waited almost two months for this appointment. Patients be ware!!!

Dr. Brown operated on our daughter for a spinal cord injury. He was amazingly kind, competent and her surgery could not have performed better. When other doctors look at her x-ray, they comment on what a superb job was done. Thank you Dr. Brown.
