Ron attended my Orthopaedic Medicine courses in Canada nearly 60 years ago and I still remember him - a kind, warm and intelligent man with a great sense of humour. I hope he enjoys his retirement as much as I do mine, and that life is good to him. Stephanie Saunders

I agree with the others, Ron was awesome! I have had many health issues my whole life and he took me on knowing I would be a frequent flyer. He was always very nice to me and helped me through my young adult years. Drew Cameron

He retired in June 2008. He truly was one of a kind and will not be replaced. We were all blessed to have been in his care. I have not found another family doctor yet that has come close.

Ron has been our family doctor since we came to Ottawa in 1983, he is kind, thoughtful, always ready to listen. He is a good shoulder to lean on in tough times. He will be missed when he retires at the end of April! He leaves big shoes to fill and so far, haven't found anyone to even try!

Ron has been my Physician for more than 25 years. I regard him at least as much as a trusted friend and advisor as I do "my doctor". He listens, he cares & he acts. He always takes the time to put me at ease and just talk. His office staff are equally helpful & supportive. He will be seriously missed when he retires.

He has been my family's GP for 16 years.He has always found the time to see us, emergency or not. He provides his expertise from traditional to alternative medicine. We don't know what we will do without him.
