Patricia is a very compassionate person and truly cares about her patients. My first appointment went over one hour until all my questions were answered. The previous person who gave her a low rating must have had an appointment after me as i held her up as she cared. Sorry about that. Dr. Mandalfino, you rock. Thank you.

The worst, absolute worst experience with a medical profession ever. Receptionist has a huge chip on her shoulder, and Pat is all over the board. I shouldn't have to chase her and her staff down for MIR results or blood work. Most times I'm in there it's standing room only as she slams as many appt as possible regardless of how long that means everyone will have to wait. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Very helpful in dealing with my daily migraines. Is trying various options. Doesn't dictate what is to be done but discusses options and we make the decision togethers. Doesn't give up! Very knowledgeable and caring.

I have found Dr. Mandalfino to be both compassionate and knowledgeable about all of my medical and personal needs. She is excellent at seeing me as a person not just a condition. She has gone above and beyond for me and I would highly recommend her for all your neurological concerns.

There should be a sign on the door that says "come back when you have MS"
She's made me feel like crap several times, like i am wasting her time - while i am terrified and slowly slipping towards disability.

Dr. Mandalphino is a great doctor, I am so glad to have her as my MS specialist. She is very attentive, cares about you, takes her time and listens. She is willing to help in any way and is always respectful. She now has a great front office staff as well! We couldnt be more fortunate.

I am so very grateful to Dr. Mandalfino, she has been just amazing with absolutely everything with regards to my MS. She listens and discusses options, does not just give orders and expect you to follow them. She has always treated me with respect, empathy, and compassion. Her knowledge is obvious and she is very thorough with her questions and her exams. I cannot express how reassuring it is to know I have a doctor with my best interests in mind. I would recommend Dr. Mandalfino to anyone who needs a neurologist.

I'm in my first year of being diagnosed by a CT scan that a radiologist confirmed me as having MS, and a Rheumatologist also agreed I had MS . Once I got in to see her, right from the start, she had suspicion that I may not have MS. She has had no issue with bringing in her colleagues to see me. I went to Hamilton to see Dr Silva, who is also a Neurologist who sees many MS patients as well. He agreed with her opinion. She was very understanding of my feelings, that I'm sort of back to the start again, trying to figure out what IS my problem. She is genuinely concerned and takes the time to listen. I appreciate her not rushing for the sake of giving me a label, but rather, is making sure she has the right diagnosis. She is careful to run any, and all tests to help get to the bottom of things. I like her very much. She doesn't sugar coat, and is to the point, which I personally appreciate. She has even called me to follow up on tests personally to make sure I was aware of them, when a glitch happened with the computer system. I work in a healthcare type office, and I have to say, she is very professional, and truly cares about her patients. I'm very happy I have her in my court fighting to the end of the "mystery issues" I'm having. Yes, sometimes you wait, but I'd rather wait then have her rush someone and have her clock watch. I highly recommend her, she's awesome!

I have been seeing Dr.Mandalfino for over a decade, due to my MS. I find that she is straight and to the point, which is what I like. She knows a lot. Every time I come she remembers me, and even if I only see her for 15 minutes and wait an hour - it's worth it to me. I have a disease that will likely not ever go away, so it's nice to have someone like her who is constant in my life. I hope to see her forever. Her secretary on the other hand - I still haven't figured out why they keep her.....but I am nice and just don't say too much to her - I figure Karma will come to her one day.

She is a gem for our region! Dr. Mandalfino is knowledgeable and always takes time to explain options. I have been her patient for MS since London days (almost 20 years). She even calls you at home (on her own time), if tests come back that she wants you to know about. She is totally up to date on everything to do with MS. She also doesn't hesitate to get a opinion from her colleagues.

For comments about punctually... think about the physical and emotional needs of her patients who are dealing with difficult conditions. If she is behind its because she is taking the time for her patients in need.

I count myself unlucky to have MS but very lucky to have Dr. Mandalfino as my specialist.
