Dr. Stahl has been my primary care doc for 20 years. He is superb, knowledgable and very sympathetic. I have him as my mother's primary care now, too. I trust him with my my entire family. The new office system is working very well. His staff and the front office are efficient and cordial.

Excellent doctor. All the "lengthy wait" comments are old. their new system is solid and I never wait more than 15 minutes.

The best internist in Ellicott City. I am a physician myself in a different field. As the RN who wrote a review stated, I know a good doc when I see one. After all, I did go to medical school.

Have been going to Dr Stahl for over 20 years. There has been a marked improvement in wait time in the last year or 2 as well as treatment by staff. His former nurse was extremely ill for a long time and there were a string of fill-ins. He currently has a very knowledgeable & friendly nurse and a wonderful personal office assistant and both of them keep the office running smoothly and pretty much on-time. I was there yesterday and the wait was about 20 minutes. While Dr Stahl did occasionally get off track years ago -- he is much more focused, which I also attribute to his current strong staff support. He has always been a good clinician and caring professional.

The worst front office staff in the world, just downright rude. The doctor himself is ok, but expect to wait at least an hour before they call you back, then another 45 minutes waiting inside the patient room. Awful, awful. This has been going on for years, i finally switched doctors. Some things never change.

I'm an RN and I know a good doc when I see one. He's also a doctor's doc.Rep. as an exc. clinician holds true. He does not over-prescribe, but is very clinically savy. Talks abt. his family, etc endear him to me and is a skillful way of getting the pt. to open up and describe his home situation. I agree waits have become longer-more emergencies or squeezing in sick. Front desk staff have been rude-report it to doctor. Assistants are caring. By the way I do not announce I am an RN. This Doc has also served as Chief of Medicine and given back to local hospital for more than thirty years.

Dr. Stahl.....nice enough guy, horrible, horrible wait to see him, two hours is not uncommon. Not sure about how knowledgable he is. He spends alot of time getting carried away talking about stuff that has nothing to do about nothing.... Office staff there is rude and can definitely add to the unpleasantness of going there.

I had to wait over an hour to see Dr. Stahl for each of my appointments. He spends a lot of time with each of his patients, but he really doesnt listen to what they have to say, rather he just does a lot of talking. He is very quick to prescribe medication.
