absolutely worst doctors I've ever been to in my 66 years of life. Leonardi has serious interpersonal issues with clients, once even calling mentally challenged because of the way i speak. I'M AN AWARD-WINNING AUTHOR. I can speak however the hell i want to without comments from my "doctor" about my mental ability. Furthermore, they have completely incompetent blood technicians. One of them stuck the needle in my muscle and gave me a 6 inch bruise that lasted nearly a month... I'm never going back to these people... racist, prejudiced, and just plain flat rude to patients... these people only care about the money they can charge you.. they don't care about you at all... in my humble opinion i have related exactly what happened to me and how they treated me. If you're caucasion, they'll probably treat you better..

I have been going to Dr. Leonardi for over 20 years. The staff at the front desk has always been courteous considering how busy they are. From my first visit with Dr. Leonardi, I have always felt comfortable. She is very thorough with her examinations and truely cares about her job and the health of her patients. On many occasions I have seen PA Melissa Conti. Melissa is always pleasant, knowledgeable and truly cares about the patients. I have recommended Dr. Leonardi and Melissa Conti to many friends and they all feel the same as I do. The biggest drawback is the wait in the office. However, the wait is understandable considering how busy the office is and the fact that they will get you in if you have an emergency. I will continue to recommend Dr. Leonardi and her staff to anyone looking for excellent care.

once you get past the awful people at the front desk, Dr. Leonardi is wonderful. The front staff people, however, are truly atrocious.

I've been going here for 4 years. Never met the doctor, and the front office staff are some of the rudest people you will ever meet. They really seem to get mad if you interrupt them (call, sign in, ask questions, etc).

I have been going to Dr. Leonardi's office since 1997. Everyone I have referred to her office continues to use her services. She and her staff are open to discussing using alt. methods of treating health concerns without resorting to pill popping. Also, she remembers your fears i.e. needles for me. She knows if she sends me to another office to get my blood work done I may not do it. She was offer a baseline blood work for a low cost as an alternative. It is better to check your blood work than not.

The PA's run the office and they have no supervision...they run very unnecessary tests to pad the bill...you can tell Ross runs the office as he is very greedy. A good office turned bad.

While she is an excellent doctor, her practice has grown. She has hired a CRNP who is not very good. I wish I had the option of seeing Dr. Leonardi, instead I see the CRNP. I would like the choice.

Wow, I'm SO glad I switched PCPs, although it took a while to get a new patient appt. The front staff gets about 2 calls/min. which would annoy anyone. I first saw Bethany, a CRNP - who is awesome in going through your medical history. I felt very comfortable talking to her and can tell she enjoyed her job. On my second appt. I saw Dr. Leonardi who is very personable and good at putting people at ease. She's very thorough in ordering tests as a cautionary measure, for me it was the usual blood tests, urinalysis, EKG, and DEXA scan. I am extremely concerned about getting osteoporosis and wanted a bone density test. I was certain my ins. would not cover it (under age 30) and opted to pay OOP of $150. I liked the fact that Dr. Leonardi praised me for being PROACTIVE in my health rather than criticizing me for being a hypochondriac. I think anyone should be able to get any test they want if they're willing to pay for it OOP.
