I was his patient from 2000 to 2019, then retired to Florida in perfect health, due to his excellent care over the previous 20yrs...thank goodness he was "Not up-to-date on modern medical protocols." because my current slick quack! in FL, who is considered up-to-date on modern medical protocols, just sent me into a health tailspin by changing Kaplan's BP Rx which served me well for over 20yrs.

Will try to avoid invasive procedures and medications if possible and go with the naturalistic/preventive approach. Very sympathetic, humanistic and cooperative when dealing with government agencies, hospitals and pharamacies on your behalf.

Dr. Kaplan was a pleasure to see. Greeted me when I entered. Excellent, helpful, and friendly staff who assisted me without delay. I did not feel rushed and the physician seemed honestly interested in my concerns. I will recommend him to my friends for certain.
