so hard to get an appointment with her, she seems to always be on vacation but my doctor won't give me another option.

Saw Dr. Sheila in Whistler. 20 min wait (normal). Not only did she seem extremely rushed, but she barely looked at my affected skin areas. I had a few questions that didn't really get answered, and before I knew it, I had 4 new prescriptions in front of me and she was rushing out the door. Having waited 4 months for this appointment, I am extremely disappointed that my questions didn't get answered and I was just pushed more prescriptions.

Very personable and nice. Althought not sure what the diagnoses is, she is willing to find out for me. Love to have her as my regular Dermatologist

Dr.Au is a thorough and kind dermatologist. She explains things clearly and does not rush. (yes it means she runs behind sometimes)

Saw one of our kids for a birthmark. Made us feel very much at ease. Saw our niece for a skin lump and was correct in suggesting it be removed. Thanks Dr. Au.

Dr. Au made me wait one hour in her waiting room when I was the only patient there to see her and then another hour in a private air conditioned room in nothing but a thin gown. I nearly missed my next doctor's appointment later that day as I waited over 2 hours to see Dr. Au. I did not receive notice or warning of this extreme lateness or an apology. HOWEVER, once I did see Dr. Au she is an AMAZINGLY THOROUGH and EXTREMELY HELPFUL and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE doctor. One of the best I've seen and took her time and made me feel better as well. Excellent doctor but make sure you are free all day long when you have an appointment to see her.

My son had a horrible rash on his neck for almost a year. We tried everything, including prescriptions from our regular doctor and nothing worked. One visit with Dr. Au, 2 prescriptions and one week later, the rash was gone. What a knowledgeable woman! Warm and friendly as a bonus.

All three of my kids go to her. She is great. We travel to see her from a northern community. And beleive me the cost and the time is so worth it. She is very informative and helpful.

Dr. Au was extremely personable, knowledgeable and caring. Her office is extremely busy and the wait time was a bit long but once we were seen by her we felt well looked after.
