Knows his medicine and also is Professor who teaches at UofA .Cares for his patients but does not tolerate abuse of staff as I witnessed.Very calm demeanour with his patients.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Francescutti in the RAH ER a couple of months ago. I was having a mental health crisis (first one I've ever had) and I was scared. I have severe anxiety and being in the hospital by myself because of COVID protocols was terrifying. Dr. Francescutti had a wonderful bedside manner. He did ask me why I went to the ER instead of my family doctor, but it was in the context of forming a clinical picture, not in the way other reviewers seem to take it as condescending. He made me feel comfortable and set me up with everything I needed once I was discharged to help stabilize me and get me feeling better. Thank you, Dr. Francescutti!

I’m just blown away with the fact this man is even a Doctor… how can one obtain a degree when they know so little? Very scary.

If you see this doctor in Emergency, ask for another. He did not help or give any answers, one can have many letters behind your their name, but if they talk down to you or don't listen, or help, than what's the use? Very phony bedside manner as well.....

Treated me poorly when I saw him. He made me think that he was better than me. He should definitely stop talking down to people. Apart from that it was fine. ..

Arrogant, talks down to ppl, states can give u something for the headache/ nausea as for the swelling in your face...go to family Dr. ."...states your bloodwork was good, family Dr. 3 days later diagnosed thyroid storm, U of A Dr. Was very kind, considerate, finally have not had headache, vomiting, facial swelling, high blood pressure since going to U of A.....his opening sentence will be " what brings you to the emergency room instead of your family physician" !

This Doctor was very profession. I came in with a Headache.. He preformed a Spinal tap, quick and was very good at easing the mood. He called a couple days later to make sure I was doing well. One of the best Doctors Ive ever had :)

Made me laugh. Was very busy but still made me feel special. Helped me out in a crazy emergency room. Cares for his patients.
