I am so sorry to loose Dr. Mullan
He has been my doctor for many years and although he had a dry sense of humour he was straight and up front
His replacement does not hold a candle to him

Sad to see that Dr Mullan has retired. As long-time patients, his knowledge and expertise will be missed. Had I known, I'd have accompanied my mother to her last appointment with him this week. We wish you the best, Dr Mullan!

He doesn’t care. Treat you less than human even when you have a official diagnosis. He said he’s accepting new patients online but once he sees you as complicated he said no

The staff at Appletree are okay, some much better than others. The clinic is busy, and can sometimes make doctors run behind schedule when providing the care patients need. Dr Mullan is an excellent doctor. He's got years of experience and is an excellent diagnostician. He isn't one to easily write prescriptions, and prefers natural healing methods. Our family has been going to him for years, and he is very thorough and detailed, a real dedicated, caring doctor. For those who don't know him well, he may come across differently, but he truly is a caring, excellent physician, able to manage complex care patients and get them to necessary specialists. He has a great sense of humor with patients he knows well. We feel very blessed to have such a caring doctor as our GP. He may treat a condition you didn't come in for, or know you had, if it presents itself. He goes by what he finds, or tests say, not necessarily what you expect, but he is correct. We are very confident in him as a physician.

Doc was on time and a good listener. He diagnosed my issue and followed up with my pharmacy for the prescription. Had everything I needed within an hour! Would definitely see him again.

I'm disappointed wth this Dr. I went to see if I had a UTI and my Dr was away. They did a urine test and sugar test, and he said I have high blood sugar. I asked if he could tell if I had a UTI or was the sugar issue making it difficult to tell, he side stepped the question and said he was going to send me for bloodwork now. I advised I'll wait for my Dr and work on reducing the sugar I just came in for the UTI and wanted to know. He then advised "i don't give a s@@t what you want you, are going for blood work and I'm going to put you on medication next week". This his was a hugely unprofessional, & disrepectful individual in a position of trust. I'm a pretty patient individual, healthy no medical issues apparently until now, but his lack of tack and his profanity was greatly disappointing. If there are urgencies in a medical advisal I expect that a physician is experienced enough to be calm and professional, to advise appropriately and give direction or call 911. While he may have diagnosis may or may not have be correct, his behavior was over the line and if this is correct, I could only expect more of this behavior if I was to return to him, I'll pass on this. Perhaps his is usually a genuine and congenial person, I did not see that at all today. I hope this physician reads this feedback and uses it as a take away, I wish him all the best, but I wont return to see him.

I have been seeing Dr. Mullan for over 10 years and he is excellent. He listens and cares about how I am feeling and knows what to do about it. He sends me to the best specialists when that is what I need. He is not warm and fuzzy but that is not what I want in a doctor. He is very matter of fact and that is what I want in a doctor. I trust him and he gives me great care. He listens to me and acts upon what I need. I definitely recommend this doctor.
