No bedside manners. Dismissive. Condones horrible/poor attitude from front office staff. Has no concept of patient care or customer service. Mindboggling. She even invents things during a discussion. Id rather go untreated than have to deal with her.

Ignores her patients. Any concerns I have has have been ignored for months. I very rarely message her but every time I do I get ignored. Same with my husband.

My son and I have been patients of Dr Donohues for years and we have been well taken care of. She is quick to follow up, very professional and listens to my concerns with care. I've gone through a few bad doctors and count my lucky stars to have found her.

I've been a patient for 12 years and each year gets worse and worse. She rarely works and when she does, you're treated as though you don't matter and that you're bothering her. She is connected to a full team of nurses and mental health workers but she refuses to connect you to them.

I have been seeing Dr. Donohue for probably 30+ years. She is outstanding. She is caring, knowledgable, kind and thorough. I am very lucky to have her and my GP.
