I was admitted 55 minutes past appointment time at no explanation. Entire visit lasted three (3) minutes with constant rushing tone. During that time 4 times was tried to close my case history file folder and complete my visit as soon as possible. Still, I can’t believe that any professional could complete medical review within three minutes.

I see that my review is far lower than the avg, but this is my honest experience so I hope this helps you. I have severe eczema and had a facial staph aureus infection. He put me on antibiotics and it killed the staph but my face was still red. He didn't know what to do, but put me on more antibiotics that did nothing. He prescribed me creams that burnt my face red and cost me over $70. He placed me on prednisone for nearly two months, at the end of which I reverted back to my original condition. I can't understand how others were healed by him when my experience sucked so bad. I had better results going following advice at www.earthclinic.com (I am not affiliated with them). Please read about ph balancing, it is very very important (especially information about excessive acidosis). One last note, when I asked him if he had any idea what was going he replied (and I wish I were joking here) "I have no idea. The majority of medical diseases are a mystery. I gave up a long time ago......"

Dr. Kitson took one minute to diagnose an infection that had been seen by three other doctors over a three year period. It was gone in a week.

Dr. Kitson diagnosed me right away, was on time, matter of fact and I trust him completely. Highly recommend to anyone who's been told there's nothing really wrong with them. Very knowledgeable.

Personally I was a little weirded out at first because he got a student to look at me, but they fixed my problem in a fast friendly manner. I also had to book the appointment a month in advance, but once the date arrived I was in and out in under an hour.

He was not only friendly but quite personable. I have an ongoing problem with foliculitis and he has tried various techniques for relieving it. He also has a great sense of humour and I would not hesitate to see him again.

I first saw Dr. Kitson for acne in my 20's. As a girl I was relieved that it was more common in your 20's than teens. It's obvious that he has had some of his own battles with acne and I felt very comfortable with him. He was upfront and concerned about the future of my skin. He told me my problems were genetic and I should stop spending my hard earned cash on facials and expensive products as I wouldn't benefit but on fun things like massages and pedicures. It's the best thing I've done for my skin! He's the first place I'd run to for any skin problem - I've even recommended him to friends and coworkers.
