Ok dermatologist but his staff and scheduling regime is hyper rigid. After driving 1hr and hitting unexpected traffic called to tell staff was running behind 15 min. Showed up 16min late and they had locked door for Dr office with return I. 2 hours and spoke to me on phone while I saw stuff through window. Made me reschedule for a week later. Wouldn’t even let me see Dr later in day when he returned.

Can only say he is excellent! Also his receptionist knows how to book appointments to not make you wait more than 5 minutes. Definitely will return.

After reading a few reviews here I went to my appointment 30mins early. Receptionist was really nice and professional. I got to see Dr Gregory 15mins before my appointment time. He was really knowledgeable and patient with his explainations. I got out at my slotted appointment time. Imagine if all his bookings were 5mins late and he saw 20patients a day, that’s an extra 100mins of being at the clinic. Would you be happy staying that long everyday at work? Just make it to your appointment on time, account for traffic, weather, and you shouldn’t have any problems. I will definitely be returning for all my dermatological needs.

Dr. Gregory has been keeping my skin healthy for many years now. When I came to him I had terrible cystolic acne but now frequently am complimented on my complexion I truly appreciate Dr. Gregory’s knowledge and professionalism. His receptionist runs a tight ship and they are always on time and I’ve never had to wait needlessly. Their professionalism is top notch

My mother is in her 80’s and was about 15 min late to her appointment due to the bad wind storm today. She called me so upset because the receptionist told my mom the doctor couldn’t see her anymore because she was late and there were other appointments, mind you there was not one soul in the waiting room! This was at around 2:00. My mother doesn’t even own a cell phone to call and notify that she was going to be late. The rude receptionist told my mother, “ sorry, you’re late!” My mother explained to her all the trouble she had making it down and she couldn’t even squeeze my mother in for the remaining 15 minutes, assuming the appointment was a 30 minute window slot. Today, the office is closed for holidays. Sounds like the receptionist was just EAGER to start her holidays! Just horrible! Change your rude, uncommodating receptionist!

This is the best duo in Vancouver. I actually like visiting them for my treatments. Good conversation in waiting room and a great doctor. He’s very calming and kind. Gets the job done and very pleasant. You’re lucky to get in to see him. I’ve been to a few different ones in Vancouver. This office is by far the best m. Thanks for taking good care of me.

I had called to confirm an appointment and the receptionist was SO rude. She was speaking to me like I was stupid and wasting her time.

Rushed. Arrogant. Incompetent. Void of compassion. And that is just the doctor. The receptionist? She is in a league of her own when it comes to lacking skills, both social and professional.

I've been seeing Dr Gregory for a while and I have found him to be very pleasant and knowledgeable but his receptionist I've got to believe is his wife as she is rude and very abrupt
not to mention still working with paper files. A doctor who keeps a nasty receptionist around has to be married to her as there's many who would fire someone so rude and abrupt.

I have been going to Dr. Gregory for at least 15 years and I have always been treated with dignity and respect by both him and his receptionist. Yesterday I travelled from Pitt Meadows via transit. I left my home at 7:25 am to arrive for my 9:45 appointment. I was a bit early but I know how important punctuality is to his office. One late patient would have a domino effect and affect every other patient for the rest of the day. This is unfair and unnecessary for not only other patients but also for Dr. Gregory. We all want our doctors to be punctual but it would be impossible if rules weren't strictly adhered to. I had an opportunity to listen to his receptionist interact with other patients in the office and on the phone. She was kind, helpful, and respectful (even when I had had to cancel/rebook an appointment)l. I have never seen any of the behaviours that others attribute to her. As for Dr. Gregory, he's well worth the hours it takes me to get to and from his office. He is very knowledgeable and has a relaxed, courteous, and respectful manner. On a previous visit, he removed a mole without making me return for a repeat visit to have it done (I had had a previous experience with another dermatologist who had made me return to his office for an extra appointment to have one removed). I highly recommend Dr. Gregory to others.
