He's your typical insurance assessor. Doesn't matter what you say it won't affect the report. You could go there in a wheelchair and he'd say there's nothing wrong with you.

Not helpful at all sides with insurance companies to deny your injuries even goes as far as making things up. nothing but a hired gun no compassion or empathy.

I was sent to Dr. Clark by my pain specialist after suffering for 7 years with no answers. This reception and staff are all so pleasant and ensured they fit me in on a cancellation when I asked for an earlier appointment. I attended Dr. Clark's office, and had an EMG and physical assessment. For the first time in 7 years of being in 24/7 pain and clean MRI's; I got an answer he sat down and said "okay, I know whats going on and a plan of care" I could have cried, I said most doctors say "your scan is fine, I don't know why your in pain, maybe lose weight" despite having lost 30lbs and was in more pain than before the weight loss. When I told Dr. Clark that he was the first doctor who actually acknowledged my pain (other than my pain specialist) he said "most doctors look at images, I look at the patient as a whole - SCANS DON'T SHOW PAIN" I have been saying that for years and I am so, so grateful to Dr. Clark and his team! 100% will recommend to anyone who asks.

Dr. Clark is a really excellent doctor. As mentioned by other reviewers, he is incredibly knowledgeable about the mechanics of the body. There is also an experienced, calm professionalism in his demeanour. He is very thorough and is great about answering questions. As a note for preparation, bring your “A” brain to appointment. Dr. Clark is good at explaining complex concepts, but expect some degree of information overload. If you are in severe pain or a little out of it, I would consider asking to bring an observing spouse/family member to help you parse the information if it is not a problem.

Dr Ben Clark does not care if you were injured at work & will tell his secretary to ignore your requests if you’re going against WSIB . I received MRI from him that stated my career was over & I was disabled . Dr Benjamin told me not to fight WSIB and because I did not listen he told his secretary that he didn’t want anything to do with me anymore. What doctor doesn’t advocate for their patient & tells them not to go against WSIB when their injury was caused from repetitive work? Steer clear from this doctor if you want genuine care & compassion . And ultimately staff that will tell you dr says he wants nothing to do with you. How is he even a doctor? How can you sleep at night treating patients like this? Unbelievable. I would Give 0 Stars if I could.
