Dr. Albert has been my rheumatologist for almost 20 years. I have had exceptional care provided by her over that period of time. She is knowledgeable, caring, respectful, a strong communicator and sees the doctor/patient relationship as a partnership in ensuring the best outcomes. Her relationship with colleagues and their respect for her has ensured my access to the additional care and supports needed to ensure I have quality of life in my arthritis journey.

I waited 7 months for my appointment with her, saw another of her staff, who completely ignored my family history of RA, completely ignored classic onset of symptoms post child birth, completely ignored positive rheumatoid factor and raised crp. Bent my arm and hand said I didn’t have inflammation tried to blame my pain on being overweight… tried to tell me RA doesn’t cause debilitating fatigue. Waited 7 months for her so by time I saw her I wasn’t in a flare. She was condescending, fake and fat phobic.
Refused to do anything to help me and since my labs have only gotten worse.
She is an “expert” in the field but doesn’t recognize 30% or more of patients are sero negative!
If Yiu don’t have an open closed textbook presentation stay away from her! She won’t do the work or even care to help you!

Dr. Albert is outstanding, she listens carefully, looks for methods to help with even the most stubborn presentations. I wish there were more doctors with her caring empathetic approach. She's a healer!

Dr. Albert has been my rheumatologist for almost 20 years. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and proactive in considering treatment options. I enjoy the doctor/patient partnership she encourages in treatment approaches and her willingness to readily answer my questions. I never feel rushed and know I have her full attention during my appointment. I am fortunate to have her as my rheumatologist.

Dr. Albert is a very very nice doctor. I have been her patient for more than 6 years. I remember I was late for my first appiontment and I was worried I might have to book another appointment but she invited me into her office with smile. She was so kind! The first time I was there I was so sick, severe swelling and Joint effusion, but now I am quite ok , I am not suffering any more and I am enjoy life. MFZ
