I have been a patient of Dr. Perron for several procedures. He is highly regarded for his fine work, experience and great results. Most importantly, I always felt my safety and wellbeing were primary concerns. His office was consistently respectful, understanding and cheerful, demonstrating a very high level of professionalism and discretion.

Had eyelid surgery. They forgot what was said during the pre-op and how they described the surgery during the pre-op differed significantly from the results and the operation report. Even minutes before surgery I was assured that everything done would be minimal and conservative. I was told that they did not produce a surgical look and the results would be really conservative. The results are not conservative and I have been left with an unnatural look. I would not trust anyone from this office and would highly recommend going elsewhere for any kind of surgery. I still cannot close my eyes properly, too much skin was removed as well as fat and muscle (fat and muscle should not really be removed during this surgery) my eyes hurt and have been left with visible scars close to my nose. I will have to go to eye specialists now to try to try to help the appearance and functionality of my eyes.

Good practice. Feel very comfortable in the office. Very friendly staff. Had a small amount of botox done, and Lana was super funny and sweet. Also have a BA scheduled for Jan 12th, everything seems to be going well with that too. They are very to the point, and tell you what you need to know. I did wait a bit once, but they also made time to rush in my Preop for my BA the same day as my consultation, so that was a huge plus. Dr. Perron seems super friendly, and very busy. I'll keep this updated as to the results of my BA, my botox has gone well. Took an advil the day before and Lana was worried about bruising but she did a lovely job and there has been none thus far.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DR. HE'S AWFUL!! I went to Dr. Perron years ago & to this day I still cringe when I hear his name. He was so cold & impersonal that I almost didn't go ahead with the surgery. I went in to get some work done & when he started I experienced the most excruciating pain. They hadn't frozen me properly so they had to stop the procedure and give me more freezing. I would NEVER go back to him!

I would have like to have actually met Dr. Perron but after 1 hour and 45 minute wait I left. I think that more than a half hour wait is completely disrespectful to me and indicates an unprofessional attitude and inefficiently run office. Truly the worst office experience I've had with any specialist.

Dr. Perron and staff offer a superior standard of excellence both in terms of professional skills and in terms of 'bedside' manner. This was evident during all my visits, but most notably just prior to surgery during my own moment of reserve/fear. Not only did several nurses and the anesthetist assure me in person that everything would be alright - so did Dr. Perron. The kindness, warmth and regard that was extended to me was overwhelming. There was no pressure, nor impatience – simply absolute respect. The operative word to apply to this clinic is elegance. It is evident in the staff, in the clinic’s serenity and collected approach, and in the obvious measures that are taken to preserve their patients’ dignity. Suffice to say I was moved to tears of appreciation, and I would recommend this clinic to anyone seeking cosmetic surgery or beautifying procedures. Myra

I had upper eyelid surgery 7 days ago with Dr. Perron and I am beyond thrilled with the results. Not only did they accommodate the timing of the surgery for me, but they made the whole experience comfortable. I had no reason to be nervous about this process at all, and I would recommend Dr. Perron to anyone.

I had heard Dr.Perron was a very skilled surgeon in his field and works specifically to each patients needs, I had traveled this summer to see him and his assistant Brenda. They seemed nice in person at first, but were unsure if they had the right equipment for my procedure. Dr.Perron reassured me he would to help me find another surgeon if he could not do it himself, and to email him. I only got a reply from Brenda telling me to start new with someone else. I had to then phone her to ask her who Dr.Perron would reccomend and she got very offended and SHE refered me to another doctor who could not help, because she never took the time to care or ask Dr.Perron who HE would reccomend. I would never trust Dr.Perron to preform a surgery, or to remember any personal needs of his potential patients. I did not find Brenda compassionate or caring, but very fake and unable to follow through.

Dr Perron performed a rhinoplasty on me. He did the pre-op appointment with me, which I was very satisfied with. He seemed to know exactly what I wanted. I was worried he couldn't make my nose small enough (it was huge), and he assured me he could. I showed him a few pics, and he agreed with me the best nose to suit my face. HOWEVER, when I was all prepped for surgery, he asked me, do you want the bulb removed off the tip of your nose? It was like he didn't remember the pre-op consult at ALL. He & his staff told me to bring a pic to the surgery; I did, & my finished nose did not look like the pic at all either. I was so disappointed, I waited all my life to fix my nose. Not ONE person in my family noticed a difference, not my mother, siblings, best friend, or ex husband. Dr. Perron told me the nostrils would be round, they are still very elongated. I wrote a letter of complaint and it was not even acknowledged. I would NEVER recommend Dr. Perron. I am bitterly disappointed.

I waited 1.5 hours to see Dr. Perron yesterday without an apology from the staff. However, it was the end of the day and I understand things pile up. Dr. Perron was great, although bedside manner means nothing to me - I care about the quality of surgery. I was inquiring about a face lift. I also spoke to Brenda and Lana, who were both friendly and knowledgable. I don't understand some of the negative comments here, but again, I don't care about how nice people are - just do a good job. Dr. P. is a bit pricey but after months of researching and visiting other surgeons in Calgary, he is the one I trust my face to.
