Dr. Weiss is an exceptional physician...thorough, patient, compassionate and caring with a sense of humor that makes visiting him a pleasure. I've been to his clinic twice at St. Paul's...once for tennis elbow and today for idiopathic neuropathy. The MRI he ordered for my elbow showed ligament and tendon injuries which the X-ray did not pick up. We ruled out surgery and decided to reduce play. He's running blood tests and sending me to someone for EMG/NCS tests to evaluate the neuropathy. I feel lucky to have him as my physician.

Absolutely the worst help I’ve ever encountered. After BTN bi amputations left me stranded in hospital without hope of rehabilitation. Even though I found another specialist he still seems to somehow have control over my case. Total nightmare, even my prosthesis are out of alignment & totally useless. My life maybe restricted but I truly feel he has done everything possible to sabotage it further. Words cannot describe my feelings of dissolution.

I was very pleased at how kind he treated my dad. He was a bit snarky to me. Overall, the provincial medical care often doesn't disappointment. I hope all of food get the best support you need and with dignity and kindness.

Dr Weiss is knowledgeable and he helps to get to the root of the problem. 4 years I have been trying to get answers and he has done more for me in a month than all other doctors put together

Knowledge seems dated. Generally difficult to deal with. Interrupts your explanations, doesn't listen, tells you one thing in person, but reports something completely different on paper Only lets you have a brief glance at scans from several feet away. Made a lot of "mistakes" on his report, but threatened me with security (15 mins into the appointment) when I attempted to correct the record with him

Dismissed my instinct that this physician isn’t the best fit for me despite a few disturbing encounters - his imposing personality and imposition of his personal values overshadow his scientific merit. I’m on-board with dry humour if that is the intention, but not when the joke or judgement is unidirectional & exploits the doctor-patient power differential. Luckily, I was able to physically walk away and saw another doctor - I feel for anyone who is challenged to advocate for themselves. I would have rated with a negative score if I could.

Dr. Weiss is one of the best doctors (specialists) that I’ve ever had, and I have seen a lot of different doctors over the years. He’s very friendly and very thorough.

I have a very high regard for his knowledge of my particular difficulties with Lymphedema. He also has a great sense of humour which could possibly be misconstrued by some folk on first acquaintance. I have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone suffering with my condition.
