Its been a while since i had visited Dr. Kim because its hard to get off of work. However, i had some vacation time and decided to pay her a visit so i can get a referral to get blood work done. I ended up waiting for over an hour. The worse part is she took three patients before me and they clearly had appts after me. After, I finally meet with her, she persuades me to switch primary care doctors b/c she has too many patients on her caseload. It gets worse. I ended up walking out without a referral and now i have to wait until i get a new doctor. So, frustrating! Hate being put on the back burner.
