Dr. O'Neil is curtious and a fantastic Dr. His staff is horrible dealing with patients. She is rude, obnoxious, unprofessional and it's easy to tell she's only there for the pay check! Does not go out of her way to help patients! Zero problem solving skills! Should not be the voice and face of such a good Dr. It gives his practice a bad name!!

I'm 71 years old and have had a number of GPs. Dr. O'Neill has to be one of the absolute best. He is caring, responsive and patient. He takes the time to listen and to get to know his patients well. I count myself as extremely lucky to be one of his patients. Literally won the doctor lottery. I selfishly hope that he'll never retire during my lifetime! Wish I could give him ten stars out of five!!

Amazing Dr! A lot of these young Doctors could learn a lot from someone like Dr. O'Neill. He is so kind, empathetic, and cares for his patients. He never rushes you, listens to all your concerns, and takes them seriously. I am beyond lucky that my family has him as our family Dr. Selfish of me to say but I hope he doesn't retire any time soon, there aren't many Doctors like him out there. His lovely staff of Sandy, Carolita, and Tara at River Road are all very pleasant as well.

5 stars all the way for this incredible doctor! I've had the privilege of being his patient for over 15 years now, as well as my 11 year old daughter since she was born. He is always ready to listen, really listen, always gives you as much advice as he can and will always go the extra mile. Even though I live more than 45 minutes away, I am more than happy to keep him as my doctor. Wonderful human being this Doctor O'Neill!
