Dr. Lalonde is a truly wonderful doctor: humorous with a gentle bedside manner and very helpful. She also helped me get a lot of free samples when I was trying out birth control and acid reflux medicine. I've always felt very comfortable with her, even through my first physical and PAP. I've never felt like she didn't care about any ailments I had, nor have I ever felt rushed. I was very sad when I could no longer access Dr. Lalonde after graduating from Carleton University. Great doctor!

Dr. Lalonde is an amazing physician and as one of her patients I count myself extemely fortunate to have someone as awesome as she is both looking out for me as well as taking care of me. She truly cares for the wellbeing of all her patients and treats them with dignity and respect. There are many things I admire and respect about Dr. Lalonde but I most respect that fact that she is not afraid to make the tough decisions that other doctors shy away from. She is incredibly knowledgable and always keeps her patients' best interests at heart. Thank you Dr. Lalonde -- you are a true jem

Dr Lalonde has a wonderful rapport and bedside manner with all of her patients. She answers questions and takes into account the patient's concerns before prescribing a new treatment. She is very thorough and is an excellent physician. I definitely recommend her to any friends in Ottawa searching for a family physician.
