Amazing staff. Dr. Pratt and her staff are very efficient and were able to solve my allergy related skin issues quickly.

Does not listen to patients, who know our own bodies far better than any doctor. I agree with the dismissive attitude towards patients. Her diagnosis caused me to have to have further orthopedic surgeries (3 in 6 months) & the supposedly "safe" metal has now changed positions in my foot and is endeavoring to come through the top of my skin,(one can actually feel the nail heads), which in turn will probably cause my 4th surgery, since July 2019. Wondering what the next answer she gives my surgeons will be. To bad she didn't believe me when I told her my body tolerates absolutely NO FOREIGN Materials in it. Challenging patients are there to make physicians explore & realize there is NEW knowledge to be learned.

I have to concur with many of the comments regarding Dr. Pratt's bedside manner. She is dismissive at times and does focus more on her interns/students BUT I feel she saved me from a life of total misery, long term disability or worse. I had previously visited 2 other Derms (along with a host of other specialists) having struggled with a mystery illness/rash which was intensely painful. After finally getting an appointment with Dr. Pratt her thorough examination had a diagnosis which was not easily cured, in fact I will suffer with this for the rest of my life, however she was able to provide some relief with various treatments. She does a great deal of research and study and through this she finally found me the drug that has totally eradicated my painful rash (not cured but controlled). She was actually visibly excited to see my results. I found her to be very abrasive at times but I knew that if I wanted to have some kind of life back I would have to work with her personality and listen to her-it was my only hope. It is now 11 years into this condition, having suffered for many years and now since being on this miracle drug for 2 years I am so very grateful for Dr. Pratt's perseverance and attentiveness to my condition, unlike the other doctors who just threw up their hands and said there was nothing more they could do. So for the few who are offended by her mannerisms, just realize she is there to help you and is the very best in her field, sometimes you just have to overlook the detachment you may feel. So very grateful for Dr. Pratt!

Very abrupt..no bedside manner. Went for brown spot I had previously had removed by another dr using liquid nitrogen . I was referred to her a few years later. Instead of giving me the liquid nitro, she froze an area on my face and then proceeded to cut and remove a chunk of flesh to send away to see if cancerous. Came back negative, so she gave me the nitro treatment. Not friendly at all.

20 minutes late. Dr. Pratt forgot who I was (this was a follow up appointment). HORRIBLE bedside manner (yelling and belittling, thinks she knows you better than you, seems to have a bit of a god complex, etc). But good residents and she easily came to a conclusion on the diagnosis. Do not recommend going to her.

I was very disappointed with Dr Pratt. I've been undiagnosed for 2years and no closer when I left after the 15 minutes I spent with her. Dismissive and condescending. Told me that people like me pay her mortgage every month. Not this girl. I won't be back.
