Horrible bedside manners, very rude and dismissive.

She was rude, had horrible bedside manners - didn't even introduce herself and treated me like a number. She disregarded anything that I had told her, when she asked if I had eczema I let her know that I had childhood eczema from the ages of 9-16 years. She then asked and you don't now, I said no I outgrew it which is why it's called childhood eczema. I went in for a scalp allergy to hair dye, not anything else. She also commented twice about how tiny I was, left me in a room with 2 male med students who didn't even say hello - I had to initiate conversation. It was very awkward, and she commented about how my skin is dark and that she was surprised I never had black henna tattooing done. She was extremely rude, I absolutely loved the two nurses who did the patch testing. They were very nice, explained things properly and you could tell that even they had a hard time with Dr. Pratt.

Very invalidating and condescending. She dismissed the difficulties of those with lived experience of atopic dermatitis and is unsympathetic and overly harsh towards her patients in regards to their management of atopic dermatitis. She should try to be more understanding and compassionate.

Dr. Pratt is exceptionally knowledgeable, understands the problems patients have in dealing with pain, innovative in her approach to treating rare skin diseases, and always well-prepared, punctual and responsive.

Amazing doctor with a lifetime of experience in dermatology. Presented myself with rare skin and immune disease. Dr. Pratt was up front and honest with me from the very beginning. Put me on medications and arranged for infusions. Healed me up over time and I am very lucky and grateful to be referred to Dr. Pratt. She has already arranged for my second infusions that are required and it happened quickly. Thank you.

Dr. Pratt is very professional and expert in skin diseases. She treated my rare skin disease with medications and later infusions. It took time but Dr. Pratt's treatment plan was outstanding. Listened my my concerns and very confident in her decisions. Very good Dermatologist.

I am shocked that anyone would leave a negative comment about Dr Pratt she is the most knowledgeable doctor I have ever met in her field my husband has been suffering from psoriasis Dr Pratt got to the root of his problem which was allergies he has been suffering for years thank god for Dr Pratt

Rudest doctor I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Her staff was incompetent and was angry that a patient didn’t have the answers that should have been provided on the referral.
