Best dr in all peoria and surrounding area. I had him for total of 27 years between all my kids. They each had him from birth until they were too old to see him any longer. I wish they didnt have to change and could have kept him. No Dr can compare to his wisdom and care. The absolute best!

All three of our children had the good fortune of being seen and treated by dr. halperin and his caring staff. in one of the other reviews a person commented that "He comes across as quiet, but we have found that he is quietly observing your child's actions, emotions, etc in the exam room and is very perceptive". i would like to also say that he quietly observed me as a parent and provided encouraging words and feedback that i valued. please don't misconstrue his quietness for dr. halperin not being personable. dr. halperin is in tune with the patient and parent at all times.

I saw Dr. Halperin from delivery until I was 18 years old. He was great with me, my brother, and other kids I have seen him with. His staff was also excellent. He knows a lot and is very helpful.

We have put a lot of research and investigation into good pediatricians in the area and Halperin has been the best so far. We have liked him better than any we've seen (even when we lived out of state in one of the top areas for medical care in the US). He comes across as quiet, but we have found that he is quietly observing your child's actions, emotions, etc in the exam room and is very perceptive. His years of experience, medical education in top programs, and knowledge keep us coming back to him. As first time parents, he gave us many tips that we have used and found very helpful. He is also knowledgeable and encouraging when it comes to breastfeeding which I find as something important.

I was extremely dissapointed. He hardly spoke, never asked if i understood things, wasnt personable.

Dr. Halperin has been the doctor for our children. Our last child has had many difficulties and he has been on top of the situation the entire way!! I couldn't recommend a better pediatrician!!
