I can verify precisely what others have stated - morose, unwelcoming secretary Pat has minimal people skills. Could use a few courses in basic customer service. The few times I have needed to use the walk-in clinic, never once greeted properly and often left standing, needlessly waiting to politely check in while she intentionally looks down or ignores. Is a scaled-down version of Dr. Spencer's long-time secretary, whose manner resembles that of an SS interrogation officer.

Have arrived at 4:15pm to an empty room for a walk-in clinic, rudely told to leave and come back at 5pm, and end up waiting 2+ hours in a cramped waiting area as a dozen people who arrived in between (and some checking in after) are served ahead of me. Treated like a second-class citizen. Frustrating when all I need is a 30 second visit to renew a prescription.

When you finally do get in the small, dingy office, Dr. Nagpal has a very quiet, calm demeanor. Paired with the headphones, at first glance he comes across as aloof and sleepy. However, I believe his instincts are very good, assessments spot on and he will address your concern swiftly and with confidence.

Dr Nagpal has been looking after my family for many years. His dedication and kindness are endless. After reading some of the negative reviews I felt it was time that I stated how incredible a doctor he is. Not only Dr Nagpal, as well his lovely nurse Pat. When my dad was dying, he visited at the hospice during his very few off hours. He also made house calls when my dad wasn't able or to vulnerable to go into the doctors office. Another very important plus is that Dr. Nagpal does not double book patients, if he is running a bit late it is because he is giving the patient the time they need to ensure proper care.

A fine doctor. Excellent bedside manner. Calm. Intelligent. Knowledgeable. Caring. Lovely quiet sense of humour. Always puts me at ease. He has provided excellent medical care to me for more than ten years.

Was refered to the appropriate doctors in a quick fashion. Very content, happy and comfortable with him. Makes me feel like he really cares.

He seems to have his own agenda and rarely treats you for what you came in for. Always pushing drugs and flu shots. I've been seeing him for 9 years for a lump on my foot and still don't know what it is and neither does he. I've been given referrals for it with no feedback whatsoever. I've had neck surgery and am now off work permanently with no income and he wouldn't fill out my forms for Canada Pension. He said I wouldn't qualify. Canada pension said it's not his decision and he has to fill them out as he's paid to do it. But he didn't. I think as you get older they care less about fixing things. Just give them drugs.

Dr. Nagpal has always provided me with the best advice out of all the doctors that I have had. I keep coming back to him because he knows what to do. A highly intelligent man.

I have found this doctor has been falling asleep when I have come with my questions and concerns. You can never reach them to set an appointment.Pat never answers the phone or picks it up at any time of the day.I have been with him only because there are no other doctors taking new patients. He never follows up on anything and never looks for what is next for the patients. Many times I have been offered free drugs out of his office.I feel he is a licenced drug pusher and that's no lie.My wife has stopped going to him and much of my family thinks he is not a very good doctor. He just wants the ohip number for billing the government.I would expect a phone call or rebooking to follow up on his patients or a least read what happened the last time I was there. But no he always asks 'what can I do for you'.instead of I have your test results or anything to let me know that he is paying attention to me and my case properly.what is he doing in his office napping, instead of reading my file.
