Dr Born has really helped me in Thunder Bay at MDAC I have ptsd and anxiety and treated me with such respect and made me the most comfortable I have ever felt with a doctor. He is personable and very knowledgable. I am so greatful to have him as my doctor. Thank you Dr. Born.

Only angry bitter people who can't handle the bad news a doctor sometimes has to deliver write these ratings. Dr. Born has been caring for my Dad for 15 years and has always been caring, straightforward and honest. We are grateful he has managed my Dads COPD and kept him out of the hospital. Thank you Dr. Born!

Disgusting arrogant individual who jokes and pokes fun of his patients. Has made tremendous medical errors over the years and has gotten away with it as a result of our medical system.

A remarkable Dr, along with Dr Mederski at North York General. Diagnosed a complex internal infection during February 2005 and commenced critical treatment @ NYG for 10 days, and helped me with follow up/ rehab during the following 2 years...able to return to work March 2005 & NYG Dr team were able to get me on my way with neurological diagnosis within 6 months. Without Dr's Born, Mederski & Yu , I would not have made it to March 2005. Thank you for your skill & compassion.

Dr. Abraham Born is a compassionate, knowledgeable doctor who makes you feel welcome and encourages your questions. He does not rush and takes his time answering all your questions. He reviews your chart to ensure accuracy which is greatly appreciated. He is a very caring and professional doctor with a great sense of humour who truly cares for his patients. His secretary is very friendly and accommodating.

Two appointments, he made me wait 1.5 hours + to get into see him. He is incredibly disorganized and has virtually nt respect for patients time, just his own. I would never keep someone waiting this long. By the way this is standard practice for this doctor.

I have been a patient for over 19 years, my case was extremely complex and I am not sure how I would have survived both mentally and physically without Dr Born. His sense of urgency, directness and humor is a breath of fresh air.

Dr. Born is an incredibly knowledgeable and thorough doctor with a fantastic sense of humour.! He explains everything to you in detail; making you feel like you are his only patient and he never, ever tries to rush you out of his office. I have been seeing Dr. Born annually for 16 years and he is without a doubt worth the 1 hour drive from Barrie. The day this man retires will be a sad day for all his patients. I would without question highly recommend Dr. Born to anyone.

He seems to be a good doctor. However, his receptionist does not return calls. I waited three weeks. I had to start the process all over with different doctor. OHIP paid twice.
