He is a nice man but after asking him why i have the pain i do and he didn't have an answer for me i was not feeling very secure. He seems like he is in his last days of practicing and on vacation (wearing shorts when he saw me)I just wish he would find the source of my pain and treat it instead of pushing meds that I don't want to take but have to for pain. I wish he would research more on the cause instead of treating the after effect. i think he might be very knowledgable and have many years under his belt but he could work harder to apply that knowledge. The staff is AWSOME talk about being on the ball they know how to play the game. excellent people kind, helpful,good follow through. another thing I thought of that can be innconvient for many is the days the doc works. every friday the office is closed and i think the docs only there 3 days out of the week so that can be a problem to some.

On a scale of 1-5 Dr Gingerich is a 6!I found him to be very compasionate,he realy listened to me and was not in a hurry to get to his next pt. Waiting time was is 10 min. at the most and his staff are very polite. he was very knowledgeable about my hard to treat disease. I would recommend him 100%

Dr Gingerich is absolutely wonderful! I have been seeing him for about 4 years now & I wouldn't trade him for anything! In fact last fall the new Medicare insurance that I changed to had my PCP but not him. So I immediately changed insurances to one that included Dr. Gingerich. He is very sweet, gentle, and very personable and soft spoken. An average visit I don't usually wait 5 minutes total between the reception area & the exam room. He and his staff are exception to the rule as far as making you wait. You just don't have to wait, period. He is more than willing to sit & talk with you about your problem & never dismisses anything you say to him. He also seem to know everything there is to know about new medications and new treatments for pain management. If you want to try something in the way of a treatment that you haven't ever tried, he is more than willing to allow is & send you to whoever does that type of work if he doesn't. Overall he is just absolutely, positively wonderful!!

If all my doctor's were as thorough, compassionate and focused on the patient as Dr. Gingerich I would have fewer problems.I rated him 5 on punctuality because he has never been late seeing me for my scheduled time, and usually I am called in a bit early. He bends over backwards to find reasons and solutions for my pain problems, so I rated him 5 in helpfulness. He has provided me with answers for anything I ask, even if he has to look them up. Not one of my questions has been left hanging and forgotten about. I never felt like he was just brushing things off because I couldn't possibly understand. He is not only knowledgable but is willing to share this knowledge without hesitation. I rated him a 5. I would recommend him to any of my friends or family if they needed a pain management doctor.

Compassionate, affable, highly knowlegeable, committed to his patients and easing their suffering. Amazing physician! Highly recommend.
