All I can say is that dr.jang has no clue what she’s doing. Throws you on prescription drugs just because she can. A disappointment of a doctor.

Can’t believe I even thought of booking a $150 consult appointment with dr.jang. I am so disappointed by the way she handled me and my skin. :(

A COMPLETE MONEY GRAB AND SCAM!!! I went in to see Dr.Jang in hopes of resolving my skin problems but I came out of it $1000 short of my hard earned money and with even worse skin/scarring!!!!!! My first $150 consultantation appointment was 20 minutes with a Dr.Jang sidekick named Kim (who is extremely rude and shows a lack of concern/sympathy for her clients) and 5 minutes with Dr.Jang who I originally booked the appointment with. During the appointment I told them I was reluctant to go on accutane since I was already on it twice before. Although Dr.Jang and Kim said it was my only option. Desperate to resolve my skin issues, I agreed to do so. (BTW--The reason she gives prescriptions is so she can make money from the pharmaceutical company) Then I was given a list of skin products to use in which I had to purchase at the front desk. Me being desperate, I bought the $650 worth of products (again, profit goes to Dr.Jang as she purchases the products at wholesale and overcharges her clients). Being persistent, I came back for another $80 follow-up appointment letting them know that I was still breaking out. Kim aggressively stated that I needed to bump up my dosage of accutane (even though my lips were peeling drastically to a point where they would constantly bleed and was getting bright red rashes all over my body) I explained to them that I would not do that because of my side effects.... so then they prescribed me two more months of accutane (the same dosage) than initially agreed upon. Still, eager to clear my skin, I continued taking the accutuane and following the regimen hoping that my skin would clear up. It's been 4 months now and my acne is even worse than when I walked in. Not only that, but because of the accutane there is blood in my stool. I called Skin Works to explain my situation, but since Dr.Jang has a rule of making herself unavailable to clients over the phone, Kim came on the call telling me to bump up the dose of accutane AGAIN. Absolutely ridiculous! I am crying writing this because I am so deeply hurt by the lack of concern and care from Dr.Jang and Kim. I would not recommend Skin Works to anyone unless you are trying to waste your time, money and be treated poorly.

Hoping to resolve my skin problems, I went in to see Dr.Jang. Instead of helping me clear my skin, she got me to spend over $800 on skincare products that didn’t even work. On top of that she prescribed me to the harshest medication out there that damaged my insides. I don’t know how she still has a license to be honest.

She ruined my skin :'( I went in desperate need to resolve my skin problems and left $1000 short with even worse skin. She is a robs you of your money and shows a complete lack of concern for her clients.

Lisa roberge has been doing my lips for years and she’s amazing ! Best technique ever . In my opinion skinworks is the best clinic in Vancouver
