I believe this recent turnover of her staff will cost her loyal patients. “Jen” is rude, disrespectful, & insensitive to patient needs . She lies when she feels backed into a corner, then treats you like you’re at the MVD when you call her on the lies. In life/death situations- this is not acceptable.

I have been seeing Dr. Pimienta for three years and she is terrific! She takes her time during every office visit, which is probably why the wait time can be long. But, it is worth waiting. She answers so that I understand, and she's willing to refer to specialists. The staff is as friendly as the doctor.
