My last visit was a Medicare Wellness exam. Reception asked if I received a Medicare pkg. I had not. Dr. Manjul ordered a bone density test, but, I did not receive a paper image order for it. Dr. Manjul also said I needed a Pneumonia Prevnar 20 shot (1 of 2). But, the cost would be $350 + $42 admin. fee. Dr. Manjul said I needed to check my insurance at reception. When I did that b/f leaving, reception gave me blank stare as if I did not know what I was talking about. Reception said my insurance was in the system. What I was talking about was if they had my Medicare Number, which they did not. Am hoping nothing comes up where something was not coded correctly due to them NOT having my Medicare information. Please have someone check that. Many thanks! Marilyn

She seemed rushed. Dad has dementia and he’s almost 89. I guess at that age we just let people die. His cholesterol is up x 2 visits. No meds were Rx’d. He’s not eating well bc of his dementia (high sugar/high fat.) I’m worried he’ll throw an embolism bc he’s so sedentary. I know she was out of the office for a few months. Our appt was very delayed as a result. She’s5 Star otherwise
