Computer system went down and my appt was two hours waiting
His MA’s are terrible. They don’t call back, they don’t answer the phone. Dr Anil was so stressed I’ve the computer going out that my visit was rushed and he didn’t go over a new anti depressant that I started taking 30 days prior. It was part of my follow appt. Was never discussed due to the rush. My appt was at 4:00 pm and I was seen at 6:30pm. I have had Dr Anil for many years and his over all service has gone down hill since he’s gone Northwest Allied. In fact my wife left him and has a new Dr because of it.
The MA positions for him have been like a revolving door with absolutely no consistency. This is the second time during my appointments that there has been computer issues and it turns his entire operation upside down. I have been told that there are many computer issues in his office. He is a very good Dr but in a very faulty management system.
