Update the last review and my first one was written in 2017 . Because I'm so grateful till this day , I just want to write another updated review. Dr David Greenberg thank you so much again for helping me. I never thought looking back again that I would have walked without a walker ' because that's how painful my toes were' . You literally giving me my freedom back where as I felt then I wouldn't at all. Shaking my head I still can't believe thinking back I had to use a walker . I even recall I couldn't even wear regular shoes that's how painful it was. I have to say till this day I have the happiest feet in Ottawa:) Thank you again so very much I'm so grateful for all you have done. And the staff are simply amazing. The office staff is excellent but the Dr is running from one patient to another like a meat packing plant. The only time he spent with me was when he had some student intern, that is the only time I enjoyed the appointment. Otherwise a disappointing doctors visit.

It is interesting that you rated the visit that you “enjoyed“ as a negative experience . The practitioner that you met with besides me was not an intern or resident but is an experienced doctor a podiatric medicine who has worked as a podiatrist for many years in Quebec. He was introduced to you as Stephen Davis DPM who is my new colleague and was to assist me in providing your care. I am very pleased to have added him to our staff to help me continue to provide the highest level of care possible. He is also In place to help us transition into the next era of podiatry care
As you note, my staff is excellent and provide a high-level of professional, skilled services working as a team. I consider myself to be the head of that team
As to your inappropriate comment about a meat packing plant, you would surely have noticed the precautions that were taken especially during this time of COVID-19. We are following all government and medical guidelines to keep ourselves safe and to protect our patients. We have all personal protective equipment and are limiting the number of patients who are in the office at one time along with stringent distancing efforts. Our patients are also required to wear masks when they enter our office.
This is a far cry from the tragic circumstances surrounding recent events in Canadian meat packing facilities.

Dr Greenberg places more importance on bringing in new patients than closing the loop on his present patients, so much so that when you need a follow up appointment for potentially serious concerns from poor fitting orthotics and lifts, you must wait 5 weeks to be seen.
Sounds like their priorities are wrong.

We place the utmost importance on ALL of our patients, new and existing. It's unfortunate that we cannot always find room to schedule patients in the time lines they would like. We are currently in the process of looking for more practitioners to bring into the clinic so we can accommodate for the demand. Alternatively, I suggest you write a letter to your local member of parliament asking if he/she can help to lift the cap that has been put on any new Podiatrist who wants to practice in Ontario. This would not be an issue otherwise.

I was referred by my family physician to Dr. Greenberg. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I found the whole experience very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

I was recently operated for a large protruding bone (osteoarthritis) which I thought would be impossible to remove. Dr Greenberg was extremely skilful and experienced. His staff very supportive throughout the procedure and aftercare. No post surgical pain and thrilled that he has removed a very ugly piece of bone that I have tried to hide for many years. The healing process (which has been painless and asymptomatic) is underway and I am excitedly ready to go barefoot without any embarrassment. Thank you Dr for your brilliant work

Friendly and accommodating staff! Dr. Greenberg is a wonderful podiatrist and I would have complete confidence in having any surgery performed by him.

I have had several different procedures , on both feet, and have found Dr Greenberg to be excellent. He is knowledgeable, informative and skilled. His staff is helpful. And the follow up is extraordinary. I have recommended him to others, and will certainly continue to do so.

I echo the comments below about not using this doctor for ingrown toenail surgery. He did mine and I now have permanent nerve damage in the toe. As well, he took off a large slice of nail that WAS NOT ingrown for no reason (he only had to do one side) which will never grow back.
It’s interesting that the negative comments about this doctor are being pushed down and a comment from 2017 is showing up first. I guess the doctor can manipulate the order of the comments to display the more favourable one first.
He also tries to push orthotics when they are not necessary.

Dr. Greenberg operated on my “hammer toe”last year and did an amazing job. I can now wear shoes. He made me feel comfortable - there was no pain. His staff were also terrific. I would not hesitate to go back AND I would highly recommend Dr. Greenberg and his staff.

I’ve been with this clinic for a long time. Dr. Greenberg has gone out of his way to help me. Even though many things did not specifically work for the issues I faced, the clinic has always been available for me to ask questions and follow up with concerns. This sense of reliability is really important when picking a health care professional. The staff at the clinic are friendly and just genuinely really good people. I would recommend Greenberg Podiatry.
